Upstairs, a bedroom with closet, and a mezzanine bedroom still with closet as well as a 2nd individual toilet. Private parking on one of the terraces. Only 800m from the sea and 15 minutes walk from the center of Valras. New in 2017 air conditioning. Located 15Kms from Beziers and near the Canal du Midi, 60Kms from Montpellier, 95Kms from Carcassonne, and 135Kms from Pertus. We are in love with this magnificent region ...

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Valras. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par vos voisins. La maison est confortable et très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la tranquillité de la résidence, et pour les enfants la piscine. C'est agréable de ne pas être obligés de prendre la voiture : la plage est toute proche, ainsi que le centre-ville animé par ses commerces, son marché et sa fête foraine. Votre location remplit toutes les conditions pour passer des vacances reposantes en famille. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Des vacances au top !
Oui des vacances au top car cette location n'a que des qualités ! Nous sommes d'accord avec tous les autres locataires qui ont déposés une appréciation. Rien ne manque, la maison est vraiment très bien équipée et tout est quasiment neuf. Nous recommandons vivement cette location en toute confiance car la propriétaire est vraiment très sympathique et arrangeante, quant aux voisins qui nous reçoivent à l'arrivée, nous on les adore ! Nous sommes venus deux ans de suite passer nos vacances dans cette jolie maison et nous y reviendrons très certainement ! Encore merci à Barbara !!! Agnès, Jean-François et leurs 3 filles

Vaiment top !!
Nous avons passé un séjour tout simplement merveilleux dans cette villa. La résidence est très bien de taille humaine avec des gens charmants polis et courtois très bien sécurisé les enfants peuvent aller et venir sans aucuns problèmes. La piscine est toute proche de la villa elle est superbe propre fleuri très bien exposé. Petit conseil entre 11h30 et 13h30 c'est encore mieux vous l'aurez pour vous tout seul. La villa est charmante décoré avec gout et il n'y manque rien ca c'est vraiment appréciable. La literie est super confortable et le jardinet derrière très très appréciable. Les voisins sont charmant et disponible si vous avez un soucis. ils sont d'excellents conseils pour les resto et visites. La propriétaire est ultra dispo pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux. La ville de Valras est très sympa il y a toujours une animation le soir. La plage et le centre sont accessibles sans problème à pied ou à vélo. plage très propre et surveillé. Vraiment nous avons passé un super éejour et nous y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.
