LV Premier Chiado Apartments – CH6 is a premium very well-appointed 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, sleeping a maximum of 4 people. It has just been refurbished and features a contemporary and inviting decor. It has 3 large windows facing Rua do Carmo, providing the apartment with lots of light. The living area has a comfortable sofa and leads into a semi-separate kitchen area with a dining area nearby. The bathroom has a shower enclosure. The building has 2 elevator banks and is fully modern and comfortable. CH6 is equipped with AC and heating, as well as sound insulating double-glazing windows. With is top location; this apartment could not provide a more central home for your Lisboa stay.
LV Premier Chiado Apartments – CH6 is a 1 bedroom apartment, with beds prepared as single beds or king size bed. This bright vacation rental apartment is also equipped with our signature LV Premier beds, crispy linen, soft comforters and brand new mattresses.

The living area has high ceilings, kitchenette, dinning area, as well as a TV/ seating area featuring with large TV and large windows. The bathroom has a shower enclosure. Soft bath towels, toiletries for your first day and of course a hair dryer are provided as a standard.

The CH building was built following the 1990s fire that devastated the city block, with design by award winning architect Siza Vieira. Fully modern in the interior it features a traditional façade in the front and a cubist one back facing the Jardins do Carmo. The apartment features AC and heating. Free WIFI

Great base from which to explore the historic part of the city

We enjoyed this space very much. It was very clean and well stocked. The location was very central to many of the primary sightseeing items and there were many choices for restaurants close by. A short walk to the water was another nice element. Staff was helpful with our questions after check in.
