A well designed spacious 1 bedroom Apartment 80m square .also well furnished.
1 large bedroom has double bed, wardrobe , 2 lamp tables, large window, (toilet, shower, lavatory.
Also the setting room is with long settees around that can accomodate 3 to four guests.
Another (toilet, shower, lavatory are almost annexed to this room.
The Flat has a little patio for relaxing and also you have free access to the roof terrasse.
Roof terrace is overlooking to the sea-side. stunning view .Also equipped with benches. and BBQ.
Imessouane is a remote fishing village halfway between Agadir and Essaouira. It is Also flourishing surfing spot.There are constante wives calling surfer from everywhere.
Moreover Imessouane is a very relaxing and peaceful place for sea lovers,

Schöne Wohnung mit Charme

Die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist für marrokanische Verhältnisse anständig. Die Betten sind nicht sehr bequem und die Sanitäranlagen haben auch ihre Macken. Trotzdem ist das dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entsprechend in Ordnung. Für marrokanische Verhältnisse würde ich es sogar sehr gut nennen. Wer jedoch einen Luxusurlaub mit hochwertigen Extras sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz. Die Lage ist super gut. In nur 5 Minuten erreicht man den Strand bzw. Hafen. Für Surfer ist die Dachterasse sehr praktisch. Von dort oben kann man ganz leicht einen Spotcheck machen ;-). Vor Ort war die Mutter des Vermieters. Sie spricht nur Französisch und daher war die Verständigung eher schwierig. Dafür waren sie immer vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit. Am Besten man bucht online. Wenn man bar zahlt, wird mehr Geld verlangt. Alles in allem eine solide Wohnung, aber eher für Menschen mit geringeren Ansprüchen.

I had Nathalie and her friends from Germany staying in my guest house for 2 weeks. I m very glad they did enjoy their holiday. They were very respectable, communicative and also very understanding as they come from different background. I would like to have them coming back again and Surely I m happy to recommend them to any hosting establishment. My mother and I wishing them the best of luck. Fatima and Said.

When I visited Imssouane for the first time, I felt in love with the place. a small pretty fishing village. beautiful seaside. Also It is a peaceful to relaxing place to be. So for these raisons, I bought the land I built the house with great passion Because I will live there after my retirement .
