House of 120 m2 on 3 levels, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets including 2 independent, enclosed garden quiet.

House equipped for 6-8 persons:

Médiocre

Maison à la limite de l'insalubrité, très, très humide et surtout pas propre à tout point de vue , aussi bien cuisine(très minimale), wc, chambre, décollage de la tapisserie. Pénible au point de vue électricité, déclenchement à plusieurs reprises. Vaisselle laisse à désir et nous en passons. Mais chapeau à la nettoyeuse qui nous a reçus, très gentille mais dépassée par l'état de la maison. Aucun contact personnel avec l'höte.

Gut gelegenes Stadthaus

Im Haus gibt es genug Platz für 8 Personen. Die Betten sind für 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kindern, da Etagenbett vorhanden, vorgesehen. Es gebe auch noch eine Couch zum Ausziehen, welche wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 1 Toilette unter der Treppe, Zugang zum Garten, Küche und Esszimmer. Die Küche ist fabelhaft ausgestattet, am großen Esstisch haben alle Platz zum Essen. Der Garten ist klein, könnte noch ein wenig Liebe bei der Pflege benötigen, ist aber ausreichend groß mit Liegestühlen. Der Gasgrill ist topp. Im 1. Obergeschoss befindet sich eine ungewöhnliche Toilette, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das Wohnzimmer, welches sehr hübsch renoviert wurde. Im 3. Obergeschoss befindet sich ein 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett. Des Weiteren ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche. Die Matratzen aller Betten sind unterschiedlich, teilweise neu. Das Haus war sauber bei Übergabe, die Hausdame war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Ein Manko war jedoch, dass bei Benutzung des Badezimmers in der obersten Etage, Wasser aus einem Rohr in der 1. Etage tropfte. Nicht viel, aber aus unserer Sicht, besteht hier Habdlungsbedarf, zumal der Boden aus Holzdielen besteht. Wir hatten den Vermieter informiert. Das Haus ist tatsächlich nur 10min vom Strand entfernt und ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe,und im Umkreis von 2km. Wir empfehlen

Agréable maison de ville aux portes de Granville

Maison charmante et fonctionnelle, bon rapport qualité prix. Emplacement top pour aller au jardin Christian Dior puis descendre vers la plage et la ville de Granville. Très bien aussi pour faire la traversée de la Baie du Mont Saint-Michel. Petit plus : commerces à proximité dont supermarché.

Haus mit Charme

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mit 7 Personen in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat schöne Holzböden und eine Holztreppe, die ein wenig knarrt. Es ist sehr geräumig mit 3 WCs und zwei Bädern und einem schönen Wohnzimmer mit Büchern. Die Räume verteilen sich auf 3 Etagen, so dass man täglich Treppen steigen muss. Zwei Schlafzimmer liegen zur Straße hin, so dass wir manchmal frühmorgens von einem Auto geweckt wurden. Dieses Problem ergibt sich nur bei geöffneten Fenstern. Die Toilettenspülung ist etwas laut. In dem kleinen Garten hinter dem Haus kann man abends auf Liegestühlen einen Cidre genießen und dabei die Sterne betrachten. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Meer. Insgesamt ein tolles altes Haus mit Charakter!

Maison de vacances pour une famille nombreuse.

Très bonne localisation, proche de la plage à pieds et des commodités. Maison très agréable même pour une famille nombreuse, on a envie de prolonger ou d'y retourner.

Jolie maison en centre ville, proximité immédiate des commerces et plage à quelques minutes (mais accès en contrebas, dénivelé difficile avec un bébé !) Jardinet agréable, pas de parking mais stationnement facile dans la rue De très bonnes vacances en famille, merci pour l’équipement bébé et les jeux à disposition Une suggestion pour ceux qui, comme nous, aiment dormir dans le noir total : des rideaux plus larges et plus occultants !

Belle maison familiale

Dés l'arrivée Sandra bien sympathique nous a donné les consignes. La maison nous a plu de suite agréable avec du parquets à chaque étages de grandes chambres et S d B ( baignoire, douche ) pas besoin d'emmener son linge de lit , et surtout à 5mn à pied de la plage , on a passé un agréable séjour à renouveler

A L'arrivée comme au départ vous ne rencontrez pas la propriétaire mais des personnes differentes!!!!!!! Nous conseillons aux prochains locataires de veiller scrupuleusement à l'état des lieux d'entrée mais surtout de sortie afin de ne pas a voir de surprise dont nous avons été victimes. L'état des lieux porte la mention 'RAS' quelques heures plus tard la propriétaire absente des lieux vous réclame une réparation d'une planche soit disant tachée sous le lavabo et ainsi ne reverse pas la caution . Après plusieurs échanges téléphoniques et messageries, il apparait que la propriétaire laisse trainer la situation et semble vouloir nous faire porter la soit disant réparation

Traditional house in a lovely area

We enjoyed staying in this tastefully decorated and clean Normandy house consisting of three floors connected by a classic winding wooden staircase. With four bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and connected dining room on the ground floor, a sitting room on the first floor it provided ample space for us five adults with two bathrooms and three toilets. One point to note was that we had to turn over the mattresses on the double beds to overcome a sag on one side . The walled garden at the rear of the house could do with some sprucing up but has a paved and grassy area surrounded by trees. At the back of the garden there is a lane which runs along the backs of the houses and connects to a wooded slope down to the valley below. The heating and hot water worked well as long as we staggered our shower times. One night was cold so we turned up the thermostat and the smart , old fashioned radiators provided plenty of heat. Although the house is outside of central Granville, Donville les Bains has its own charm with flower beds along the main road where the house is situated . It also has its own magnificent beach. We would recommend this house as a great place to stay because of its clean charm and well located position.

Es war ganz gut.

Das Objekt ist sehr hellhörig, der Fußboden aus Holz bei jedem Schritt durch das Haus zu hören. Die Fenster in den oberen Stockwerken sind nicht gesichert und daher gefährlich mit kleineren Kindern. Die Gartenmöbel sind nicht mehr in einem guten Zustand und machen den Aufenthalt im Garten nicht schön. Es war sauber und alles was man benötigte, war vorhanden.
