A perfect base for visiting family and friends; exploring Torrevieja and maybe the Costas and the great country Spain itself. Do as little or as much as you want; Lay back sun worshipping and swimming or be super active ; or a bit of both; golfing ,cycling, bird watching, surfing . Yours to choose how you enjoy it and have a wonderful stay. I can guide you in whats's what, what to see and do and where to go and eat. We love going and staying too. Its not just a rental. We want you to have a great time like we have and still do.
We will always prefer to meet and greet you at the property itself when you arrive but with the advent of more and more cheaper and later flights we will agree to use a simple key safe with you when you are arriving later in the evening . It's very simple and we have been using it successfully for a while with no issues .If you want a late arrival welcome pack then let us know and for a small additional local charge with receipt we will get you the basics in .

Das Haus ist Sauber und gemütlich,in nur 5 Minuten ist Mann in der Stadt oder am Strand .wir hatten die Unterkunft 11Tage gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden alles hat gepasst. Der Vermieter ist Super Freundlich auch Angela die sich um das Haus kümmert Total Nett. Wir können das Haus einfach mit 5 Sternen Weiterempfehlen.

Everything we needed was here (we had our own cot).The property was clean with a large patio to chill out on.The national park which it overlooks was great for a wander in.The pool is lovely, great for a dip for all the family.There's a bus stop just up the road with a couple of 'corner' shops and a selection of bars doing food.The park which is on the way into El Chaparral / La Siesta is amazing with space for football, scooter track and bar.We went to the Chinese restaurants too close to the park.The beach at Torrevieja was clean with cristal clear water, you could see several types of fish!Would come again and definitely recommend

Everything was great, Mike is a super host all was beyond my expectations,super quick and attentive give us all the information's needed from the chek in until the checkout and even after we left the property.
The house is very well equipped we really had an amazing time there and definitely we are gone come back .
A decent sized accommodation with everything i needed and a fabulous outdoor area. Everything provided. Shops, bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Great communications from the host too 👏
The apartment was on a very quiet road with open country opposite with footpaths to a salt lake and the sea (a couple of miles away). We were not wildly impressed by the local restaurant we visited but found two excellent ones further away. We enjoyed a walk along the Rio Seco and had a very good meal at the Maison Rio Seco. We attended a super family party at Alingui Castillo at San Miguel de Salinas.

The place is well situated right next to the natural park. The owner was very helpful with a lot of information and even would have lent us his bikes (which we did not use because of strong winds...). It is recommendabel though to have a car to get there and to discover the surroundings. We loved to sit in the morning sun on the covered terrace and listen to the birds singing in the opposite palmtree. The apartment is not huge but extremely well done with its two bedrooms separate from the living room. And the kitchen offers all you need to prepare yourself a good meal, if you do not want to eat outside.
I had my own property close by so am familiar with the area. I was therefore happy to book this holiday let for three weeks over Christmas/New Year. I would highly recommend it for people who want to be close to the sea (3 miles approx) without paying a premium price for beach front properties. It is also close enough to all the amenities you might need, including being a couple of minutes walk to the bus stop for regular trips into Torrevieja. The owner has got a very nice property here and he was very helpful throughout about various things, such as arranging a short term IPTV service to access as many UK tv programmes as I needed at a very cheap rate. I also used one of his bikes that was stored in the utility room. Overall a very pleasant stay.
From the minute we booked this accommodation Michael was extremely helpful and easy to contact and gave us all the information we needed before we traveled. The house was lovely and spotlessly cleaned when we arrived with everything and more that we needed for our stay. Excellent Wi-fi, all the little added extras like beach chairs, beach towels, iron, & hair dryer, etc were extremely appreciated. The patio area was spacious and very well equipped with sunbeds, table & chairs, and even a barbecue along with a fantastic view. Access to a lovely communal pool and we felt he area was Peaceful & safe, We had a car but the bus route was just around the corner and very cheap to travel on. The neighbours. Jackie & John and Chris & Derrick were so welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this accommodation based on our stay and would defiantly stay here again.
Jeg har hatt tre avslappende deilige uker i dette flotte huset. Det må være det beste huset i dette område av denne typen. Jeg har stor trivdes.
Spesielt satte jeg stor pris på den usjenerte beliggenheten og utsikten mot naturparken. Det hviler en ro og fred over stedet, selvom du til tider vil høre sus fra byen og motorveien langt borte.
Frokosten ble inntatt til nydelige soloppganger over naturparken. Her tusler folk tur med hunder, jogger eller sykler. Flott turterreng rundt innsjøen som ligger ca 15 min gange unna.
Strøket er stille og rolig med svært hyggelige og rolige naboer. Britiske pensjonister over og på sidene.
Mulighet for å åpne tak i bakgård gir mulighet til gjennomlufting på varme dager, men også for bedre klestørk.
Leiligheten har en god kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin. Tre gode solsenger og diverse puter.
Mike, din vert svarer raskt og er svært serviceminded. Jeg satte også stor pris på å få bruke en av de to sykkelene som stod her. Litt trøbbel med en bremse som hang seg opp var null stress. Mike hentet sykkelen og fikk den fikset.
Her kunne jeg gjerne blitt noen måneder.😊

We hired a car but no need, local bus service cheap and reliable. Area lovely, local bars excellent, enjoyed the pool most days... I can not recommend this property highly enough, neighbours were so nice. They gave us loads of local knowledge and places to visit. The beaches are not too far away, and the supermarket is on the bus route. Will definitely be booking again
Selten so eine guten Kontakt mit einem Vermieter gehabt.Schöne Lage im Hinterland von Torrevieja .Der Bungalow bietet alles was man braucht.
Wer keinen Luxus braucht ,wird hier entspanne Tage verbringen. Schöne Spaziergänge zum Salz See direkt vor der Tür auch mit Hund super. Ein Auto sollte vorhanden sein.

Het boeken ging snel. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een mooi terras. Rustige buurt, gemeenschappelijk zwembad, wat wil je nog meer! Alle lof voor de communicatie en flexibiliteit van eigenaar Michael!

I retired in April 2017 as Neighbourhood Housing Manager for a large Housing Association in the North West of England . I was born in Manchester . In my job I managed staff who managed social housing rented properties and allocated new build properties to working people and people looking for work. We delivered a quality product and I think I know after 25 years of doing that what excellent and great customer service look like .
Why they chose this property
We bought this property on a weekend inspection trip in 2004 after we decided we could no longer watch any more programmes of A Place in The Sun and it was then or never to buy . The thing that made the difference was that the property is not overlooked to the front by any other buildings nor can it ever be and there is just the beautiful natural park and lake literally on the doorstep . There is a bus stop right at the corner that takes you into Torrevieja and a good selection of local bars and restaurants just 500 metres away that are so near to walk to but just far enough away not to impact on us . So it's the view and the location and the options to travel without needing a car that appeal .Walk and get the bus and keep fit and live long
We did not even know it had a lovely communal swimming pool just 150 metres away . That was just a bonus .
What makes this property unique
The natural park and the huge patio at the front which simply do not see in any current new builds at all.
