Level Access spotless ground floor home from home with everything you would need and expect from all modern conveniences . A perfect base for visiting family and friends; exploring Torrevieja and maybe the Costas and the great country Spain itself. Do as little or as much as you want; Lay back sun worshipping and swimming or be super active ; or a bit of both; golfing ,cycling, bird watching, surfing . Yours to choose how you enjoy it and have a wonderful stay. I can guide you in whats's what, what to see and do and where to go and eat. We love going and staying too. Its not just a rental. We want you to have a great time like we have and still do.
We will always prefer to meet and greet you at the property itself when you arrive but with the advent of more and more cheaper and later flights we will agree to use a simple key safe with you when you are arriving later in the evening . It's very simple and we have been using it successfully for a while with no issues .If you want a late arrival welcome pack then let us know and for a small additional local charge with receipt we will get you the basics in .

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
If you would be so kind as to strip the beds and used towels in the shower that would help us enormously in preparing for the next arrival.
Keys ...I will personally collect or ask you to replace them in the key safe ( code will be provided) locking the front door and front door grill first and closing the front garden gate on leaving
If the bin could be emptied please also .
The communal bins are at the rear gate behind the swimming pool wall .Thank you

I retired in April 2017 as Neighbourhood Housing Manager for a large Housing Association in the North West of England . I was born in Manchester . In my job I managed staff who managed social housing rented properties and allocated new build properties to working people and people looking for work. We delivered a quality product and I think I know after 25 years of doing that what excellent and great customer service look like .
Why they chose this property
We bought this property on a weekend inspection trip after we decided we could no longer watch any programmes of A Place in The Sun and it was then or never to buy . The thing that made the difference was that the property is not overlooked to the front by any other buildings nor can it ever be and there is just the beautiful natural park and lake literally on the doorstep . There is a bus stop right at the corner that takes you into Torrevieja and a good selection of local bars and restaurants just 500 metres away that are so near to walk to but just far enough away not to impact on us . So it's the view and the location and the options to travel without needing a car that appeal .Walk and get the bus and keep fit and live long
We did not even know it had a lovely communal swimming pool just 150 metres away . That was just a bonus .

What makes this property unique
The natural park and the huge patio at the front which simply do not see in any current new builds at all.
