Mountainside Beauty

What a view! My favorite part of the house were the beautiful upstairs bedrooms looking out over the Alpine homes, trees, and flowers. The bedrooms are comfortable and full of Italian history and antiquities. Be aware that taxis are hard to come by, and it is quite a trek to the house. My husband is 75 and I am 63, and we both made it, but you do need to be in good shape. Ask for very specific directions because the GPS got us very close, but then it required a neighbor to help us find our way. We failed to let the housekeeper know the exact time of our arrival because we were navigating trains and buses, so when we got there at check in time, she wasn't there. Be prepared to use Google Translate to communicate back and forth with her on WhatsApp. The kind owner Evisa lives elsewhere, so we needed to translate our questions for the housekeeper.

Loved it Tremezzo

My second time in Tremezzo and never got bored of it, will definitely return again. Loved Casa Victoria for its character and great location, great value for money.
