Beautiful modern apartment on the ground floor of a private villa with independent access. The apartment has a room with 2 single beds that converts into a double bed and a spacious living room with sofa bed for 2 people. The house has its own terrace with direct access to the pool and private garden. It is 2 minutes walk from the clubhouse of Guadalmina, 8 minutes from the beach and just 3 minutes from the Guadalmina shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy and a variety of very good restaurants.

My husband and I and our 3 girls moved to Marbella 6 years ago and fell in love with the area, due to its proximity to the mountains, beach and it's exceptional climate all year round, not to mention the warm hearted, hospitable, Andalusian people. We decided to buy "The Orchid" 2 years ago. We completed a large renovation project on the house last year and now would like to offer the use of our Ground floor apartment to golf and beach lovers for their holidays.

It's a charming house and is surrounded by private gardens that are not overlooked by neighbours. We invite you to relax in the hammock reading a book or chill out by the pool on one of our sunbeds.
The apartment is all on one level and is totally independent to the main house and has its own entrance and is accessed along a garden path.
The house is in an ideal location, surrounded by the prestigious Guadalmina Golf course, it’s just 2 minutes’ walk to a quaint shopping centre with boutique shops, 2 delicious bakeries serving fresh croissants, a health food shop and supermarket, as well some exceptional, highly rated eateries in the area. The walk to Puerto Banus is a pleasant 20 minute walk along the seafront. The old town of San Pedro which also has a great selection of restaurants and shops is about a 15 minute walk.
We are about a 1 hour drive from the historical city of Malaga. Ronda, famous for its full bodied wines and stunning countryside is a 45 minute drive and the Natural Park area and sand dunes of Tarifa (also known for its kite surfing and hippy chic vibe) is about 50 minutes’ drive.
Andalusia is also famous for its white washed villages. Marbella’s quaint, cobbled streets of the old town and Orange Square come alive on an evening with its boutique shops and cafes and tapas bars.
Mijas, Vejer de la Frontera, Casares and Gaucin are all fine examples of some of the white washed villages dotted around the Sierra de Ronda Mountain range.
