Pleasant 43m² chalet with air conditioning, for couples, families (ideal for a couple and two children) or friends, with an enclosed garden of around 300m², a furnished terrace, a barbecue, a clotheshorse, a rack for 5 bikes and a private car park, located on the route des 7 ports between the coastal path and the cycle path along the railway, fully fitted out in 2011, it consists of:

DAY AREA:
- A fitted kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob + extractor hood, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, pots and pans, pots and pans, kitchen utensils
- A lounge with sofa bed 130x190, T.V., storage cabinet
- A bathroom with W.C.

NIGHT AREA:
- On one side a 140x190 bed, bedside tables and storage cabinet
- On the other two bunk beds with drawer, a bedside table and storage cabinet

OUTSIDE SPACE
- A terrace of approximately 20m2 facing south / southeast with garden furniture and barbecue
- A garden about 300m2
- Private parking (vehicle advised)

A BB kit available on request: travel cot + mattress + mattress cover, high chair and bath seat.

Séjour au top

Très bon séjour passé dans le chalet. Nathalie est très accueillante. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de toutes les commodités autour. La ville de gujan est pleine de charme avec ses magnifiques ports. Nous recommandons à 100% 🙂

Très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, accueil parfait, chalet opérationnel. Accès à la piste cyclable au top, activité aux alentours.... Vivement conseillé ;)

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour,le chalet est super,très propre et très bien équipé,la literie est très bien. Ia location est très bien située,le sentier du littoral à côté et Arcachon à 15mn en train .Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Nathalie, encore merci. Endroit à recommander.

Magnifique chalet tres fonctionel avec une grande terasse les propriétaire sont trés agréables

Une région magnifique il y as beaucoup de choses a visité gujan mestras et ces port ,le bassin d'arcachon,biscarosse,la dune du pyla bien sur et pleins d'autre lieux... ils fais bon de vivre par ici

Oui j'ai adoré

Propriétaire très accueillant avec de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Appartement très bien ,literie excellente le tout super propre . Ďommage que les toilettes soient dans la salle de bain...nous avons passé une bonne semaine juste un peu court.
