A well equipped and tastefully furnished, spacious Provençal style villa, with four air-conditioned bedrooms (1 king size, 1 double & 2 twins over 2 floors) 2.5 bathrooms, 1 with WC, wash-basin, full-size bath & separate shower cubicle, 1 shower room with WC, wash-basin & separate shower cubicle) and 1 separate WC.

Villa Apsley has a beautiful front garden, with a seating and dining area that catches the early evening sun, as well as a large rear upper terrace and deck overlooking the private outdoor pool and and pool terraces with numerous dining and seating areas in both sun & shade. The Villa boasts a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. A comfortable lounge/dining area with flat screen TV in the lounge as well as free WiFi throughout and a Sonos music system.

Villa Apsley is the perfect base for your French Riviera holiday. The bustling town of Cavalaire is a 3 minute drive away, with it's marvellous beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and port. In the summer, there is a free shuttle-bus that stops 50m away from the Villa. Nearby are the famous sophisticated Rivierra towns of St Tropez, Gassin and Bormes-les-Mimosas.

For water sports and particularly SCUBA diving, the bay of Cavalaire is second to none and the Iles de Levant & Porquerolles are only a short boat ride away. If it’s beaches and beach clubs you are looking for, then Cavalaire has a marvellous selection. If however, you want to experience how the other half live then the world renowned beach clubs of St Tropez on Pamplonne are a short drive away.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette grande maison avec son charmant caractère rustique. Elle a un bon niveau d'équipement. La vue sur la mer est appréciable et la piscine est bien entretenue. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires et leur bonne humeur.

Quel accueil chaleureux de la part de Selina et Huw ! Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances superbe avec nos 4 petits enfants (4,9,10,11 ans). La vue mer nous a ravie chaque jour que ce soit de la terrasse ou de la piscine. Majestueux !!!!Quelle sérénité ... Très arboré, le jardin est très très bien entretenu. Bravo au jardinier. La maison est très bien conçue : au Rdc, les grands, à l'étage grands parents et la petite. La maison est encore mieux que l'annonce et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Loin de là Recommandations sans restrictions Merci encore à Selina et Huw Brigitte et Alain Marselli de Lyon

Just perfect

This property is exactly as advertised. Beautiful location with wonderful sights over the sea, in a calm neighborhood. Sizeable outdoor spaces for dining, sunbathing beside the swimming pool, playing table table-tennis, or just being lazy. The house is full of sunlight and has a very large and comfortable living room. It is perfectly equipped both for cooking and dining and for listening to music or watching whatever on the large tv screen. Comfortable rooms for 8 people. Everything was impeccably clean. Huw and Selina are very nice and helpful. All this made our short Easter holiday a most pleasurable experience in spite of a not-so-nice Easter weather! Absolutely recommended.
