About this property

No.14 (Villa Gina™) was built as part of the Heron Court development of 28 units in 2005.

Villa Gina™ is located in a gated community secured by passcode operated electronic gates.

Upon entering the villa you will be presented with an open plan living space consisting of an indoor dining area, kitchen and lounge.

Outside through the patio doors you will discover a further dining and lounge area together with the plunge pool, deck and landscaped garden area.

The master bedroom is located on the lower level of the property and is equipped with an en suite bathroom. The lower level of the property also has a separate washroom.

The two further bedrooms are located on the upper level. The bedrooms share a bathroom on this level. The upper level also pays homage to a fully equipped laundry room (with an additional fridge-freezer).

All bedrooms and the open plan living area are fully air conditioned. Each bedroom has generous storage space and a walk-in wardrobe.

In addition to your booking fee, an additional amount (10% of the booking fee) will be collected for the Barbados mandatory stay tax.

Wonderful

Great house in lovely location. All the arrangements and communications before and during our stay were great everyone was super helpful. Well equipped house with big rooms lovely garden and pool.

Central, Safe and Comfortable

We were all thrilled with the location of Villa Gina, both geographically and that it is in a gated community. The home is warm, welcoming, comfortable and convenient. The beds are comfy with nice linens, the bathrooms are generously sized, the living room is nicely arranged, and the small pool was a welcome end of the day treat. The dining table outside was perfect for starting the day. We loved the large closets and the option of air conditioning or ceiling fans. Overall, the home worked out perfectly for the four of us. The beach right across the road was wonderful for swimming, walking and relaxing. It was a deeply relaxing and replenishing experience for all of us.

Fantastic house and location on the west coast of Barbados

A really lovely and comfortable house with everything you may need for an easy stay. The pool and the patio were great after a day on the beach. The owner was super helpful and quick to communicate and offer advice and the staff we met during our stay equally lovely. A very good find.

What makes this property unique

No.14 is situated on the "quiet side" of the development, therefore immune to any intermittent road noise from Porters Road.

The garden and pool is westerly facing, meaning that the sun shines in our garden for the majority of the daylight hours.
