5 Pavilion Grove is set on the stunning west coast of Barbados in a luxurious, small gated community. It is directly across from The Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel and just a short stroll to a beautiful beach and great restaurants.

Upon entering the gate at Pavilion Grove, you'll drive along a private manicured road home to 6 coastal villas with traditional Barbadian chattel-style architecture, welcoming front porches, and light pastel colors.


Renovated and redecorated in 2024, the villa comfortably sleeps 8 with seamless indoor and outdoor living. You'll be greeted by a large front porch with room to read, relax, play games and enjoy the gorgeous Barbados weather - with a little shade! Entering the villa, you'll step into the large open central living area - all professionally decorated in a casual coastal style. The dining areas seats 8 and is next to a fully stocked kitchen with views of the pool and large patio. French doors lead to the patio where you can sunbathe, cool off in the private pool, or have an a candlelit dinner for 8 at the large outdoor dining table.

In addition to the great communal spaces, Whispering Palms provides comfortable living and privacy for 8 guests. A first floor bedroom next to a full bath has a king bed that can be converted to two twins, perfect for kids, or guests who prefer the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms each with ensuite baths. The dreamy primary BR has an airy feel with a vaulted wood ceiling and a private sun deck (great for morning yoga!) and a separate space with a desk (in case you need to be productive at some point...)
The 2 additional bedrooms are nicely appointed and freshly decorated.


When ready to explore the infamous Barbados beaches, you're just a short stroll to beautiful Alleyne's Bay. Enjoy tranquil turquoise waters, powdery white sand, and breathtaking sunsets that will leave you in awe.

Amazing family villa

A beautifully presented villa in an excellent location. The villa has several seating areas you can enjoy and 6 sun loungers to accommodate larger families. The villa felt very safe and was behind a gated driveway and it had everything we needed for our stay. Everyone had a wonderful stay and the host and cleaning staff were very helpful. Beautiful Villa a few minutes walk to Alleynes Bay

Whispering Palms is a beautifully appointed Villa on a peaceful private gated road just a few minutes walk to one of the most idyllic beaches in Barbados. The Villa has everything you need for relaxing dining on the terrace or a BBQ by the pool. It is only a short walk to JuJu's beach bar for a sundowner, 5 star dining at the Lone Star or a short drive to an array of bars and restaurants in Holetown. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return.

Beautiful Home, Highly Recommend!

My family and I visited Barbados for the first time and I highly recommend this property! The home is beautiful, clean, safe and in a nice location walkable to the beach. We had a family of 9 and they were able to add in a small additional bed for us, so we could all fit. The home exceeded our expectations with it's interior finishes and everyone loved the pool area. Communication with the host and property manager were very easy and informative from the very beginning. Since it was our first time in Barbados we didn't know what to expect, but they all made us feel well taken care of from planning stages and even during our stay. The only thing I would say to future guests is to make sure you ask all questions before booking any services. We had a different experience then we have had in the past with scheduling a chef's meal and once we started to understand the process more it was too late to cancel since once you say you want to book one you have no way of changing your mind. I will recommend this property to friends and hope to return again in the future.

At first, we were first guests at Whispering Palms. We loved our stay so much, we bought the home in May of 2023. Our primary home is in Washington, DC, but we plan to spend as much time as possible at this new Barbados villa that we love. In between our visits, we hope you will be our guests, and come see why it's a perfect vacation setting.

The previous owner (the first and only since its construction in 2005) maintained it faithfully and had a robust clientele of repeat renters.

Our lovely property manager will meet you upon your arrival at the villa, show you around and answer all your questions. Before you arrive, our property manager can put you in touch with concierge services who can help with reservations, offer recommendations, arrange for grocery delivery and/or arrange for an in-home chef.
