From the outset, the communication with everyone at BSLrentals was exemplary. All our questions beforehand were answered and during our holiday they were very quick to respond to some queries/requests which we made. The concierge arrangements and help - including a superb food package which we ordered, were also excellent. The villa was very clean.
For our family of 8, including 3 generations, this villa was a perfect size with 4 good sized double bedrooms and lots of private outside space. The air conditioning worked very well for the whole house and the house was cool for our arrival. The pool was very private and a superb size and depth. It was used by the whole family (especially the grandchildren) several times every day. There was plenty of living space inside the house, but unfortunately there was no table in an air conditioned space where we could sit together for family meals. The lighting in the inside living area was insufficient to allow reading.
We would also have liked basic instructions on how to operate the kitchen appliances.
The house was generally very well equipped. It is in an excellent location close to a beach, shops and amenities.
