Its accessed via double electric gates and has plenty of parking
it has a large enclosed garden. 2 large patios ,2 large lounges. 4 large bedrooms, 2 with en-suites and a main bathroom. Large fully kitted out kitchen and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine etc. and intruder Alarm, Safe, and burglar bars to windows.
At the entrance, the kitchen, the downstairs lounge and the bathrooms, hand sanitizers are provided.
There is Wifi, Cable Tvs and Hi Fi systems in each lounge
There is Air-conditioning to all bedrooms and 1 lounge. Fans available if preferred
Its adjacent to a 18 hole Golf Course and tennis courts.

The only holiday lets have been to a USA Film Crew working on the Barbados 50th Independence Anniversary Film about Errol Barrow who led Barbados to Independence, A CARICOM Team delivering Sustainable Development Workshops in Barbados and other CARICOM countries and two couples one of whom runs a Polo Academy and was doing some work at the Apes Hill Polo Club and decided to take a holiday afterwards before returning to the UK

Why they chose this property
The Villa is spacious, homely, well equipped and safe.
There is a monitored alarm and external camera . Fully enclosed and accessed only by double electric controlled gate burglar bars to the windows
Its in a superb upmarket location adjacent to tennis, golf facilities and restaurants and near to two outstanding Polo Facilities.
Its on the fantastic west coast of Barbados and the beautiful white sandy beaches are just a minute away.
Its very close ( 2km)to Holetown with its shops, restaurants, Bars, Clubs, cinema and Culture. Close to every thing but not on top of it. Superb access to all parts of the Island
The Villa is outstanding Value for Money. One potential Tenant and his small family wanted to Rent the Villa but unfortunately I could not accommodate him as I had taken a booking which although it was for only one week would have clashed with part of the 3 week booking
The disappointed enquirer booked a two bed apartment in the development that backs into my back garden - a 3 times the nightly price of the Villa. Nice apartments but they are not large spacious Villas with their own private gardens
So you get a very nice, well appointed spacious Villa, in a fantastic location, close the beach, shops etc for very good value.
