Great apartment near the beach, about 3 minutes walk, with spacious terraces with furniture, including barbecue, interiorly has kitchen, utility room, bathroom and double bedroom twin bedroom opening onto a terrace of 30 m2.
You can usually park easily, there are about restaurants, playground, supermarket, spa, gardens, on the island of Fuerteventura there is also golf course, Acuarpark and 10 minutes from the apartment by car this Oasis Park a great park type zoo for kids is fabulous you can even eat in. Also on the island there are fabulous beaches for all audiences and also for nudists, it is a unique place to relax and feel the pleasure of the sun.

Great location!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It’s a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and it’s quiet at night. Absolutely worth visiting again! And the beach is fantastic! Very beautiful and never too busy!

Dated but good value

Some part of the property are in need of some updating this is reflected in the price which is good value for this area . We have stayed before and it is in a residential area just near the local SPAR and a 5 minute walk down the hill to the beach Loads of places to eat in the area and everything in the property if you want to stay in and cook your own .

Excellent apartment, well equipped and great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, barbeques every night. The apartment is a great size and has practically all home comforts, though I really missed a chopping board and had to buy tongs for the barbequing. Also we couldn't work out if there were any English channels on the satalite TV and enquireries to the owner via text regarding this were not answered. These were minor issues and did not detract from a wonderful stay in a great location.

Es war schön....

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war an sich schön. Die Lage ist zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist nicht modern und teilweise abgewohnt. Hier könnte man schon etwas modernisieren. .

Très bien situé par rapport à la plage et les commerces, calme, assez grand pour un séjour à 5 avec deux chambres, un lit pliant dans la chambre des enfants qui nous a permis de tous les faire dormir ensemble, ils étaient contents. Manque un parking mais on trouve facilement des places dans la rue.

Bon point de chute pour visiter le sud.

Costa Calma est un bon endroit pour visiter le sud de l'île. La ville n'a aucun charme mais est pratique. Le logement est confortable mais il manquent certaines choses comme une éponge et des sacs poubelle. La vaisselle est un peu insuffissante si on mange dans le logement et qu'on est 4. Sinon très calme et facile de se garer avec supermarche pas loin.

Maison bien équipée avec 2 terrasses

Bon séjour pour ce noël 2022. Temps correct avec trop de vent par moment, mais c'est le problème des canaries. Logement bien placé et bien équipé . Seul bémol, pas de pression d'eau dans la maison et donc difficile de prendre une douche chaude. Soit disant due à un incendie mais je n'y crois pas .

Kommen wieder!

Geräumiges sehr sauberes Häuschen in perfekter Lage Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Zwei Terrasen geben ganztägig die Wahl zwischen Sonne und Schatten. Gegen den Windoptimal geschützt durch hohe Mauern ,welche jedoch die Aussicht einschränken. Die direkte Umgebung des Hauses ist durch Abrissflächen und z.T. unschöne Bauruinen nicht sehr ansprechend. Aber einige Schritte weiter und am Strand ist alles wunderschön. Alles in allem überwiegen die Vorteile die Nachteile und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great location

It is in a residential road but is literally 4 minutes to the lovely beach with toilets and 2 more minutes to all the shops and restaurants. Patrica was excellent with communication as this was last year holiday re-booked . Lovely holiday but be aware mainly German in this area .

Kleine nette Whg mit Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

2 Mütter mit 2 Kindern (5+1) kamen Sa Abend bei individueller AN u ABREISE an. Minus: Hätten wir gewusst, dass man ALLES allein kaufen muss( nicht einmal Flüssigseife im Bad, weder Salz/Pfeffer noch kl.Flasche Öl oder Mülltüten vorhanden) hätten wir anders geplant. Wir haben uns von den Bewertungen blenden lassen. Das Babybett war weg geschlossen u man sah keine Möglichkeit uns eins abends zu besorgen, erst am nä Tag. 1. Nacht also schon kompliziert. Der Schrank mit den Handtüchern war bekannt kaputt, so dass man nicht an die Handtücher kam, erst auf mehrmalige Anfrage wurde es repariert. Eine kleine Einführung als Auslage, wo man den Müll hinbringen kann, wie der WLAN Code lautet usw haben wir sehr vermisst. Die Sauberkeit unter Sofa/Tisch/Schränken u Böden war leider gruselig, wir haben es innerhalb der ersten 2 Stunden an den umher robbenden Babyknien u Hosen gesehen. Das ist definitiv ausbaubar! Obwohl wir flexible Abfahrt gebucht hatten, weil wir 18 Uhr erst fliegen sollten, mussten wir trotz Verhandlungen schon 12:30Uhr aus dem Haus, was zur Schlafenszeit mit Baby wirklich blöd u ungünstig war. Die Kopfteile der Betten sind nur hingestellt u nicht befestigt, so dass sie ständig klappern. Plus: man fand immer einen Parkplatz vor der Tür. Der Strand ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt u mega sauber! Eine der Terrassen hatte stets Sonne oder eben Schatten. Die Waschmaschine ist mit Kindern wirklich GOLD wert! Alles technische hat super funktioniert. Die Alarmanlage fanden wir gut! Kontakt mit Patricia hat trotz allem sehr gut geklappt. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt völlig ok aber nach oben hin ist in genannten Dingen echt noch Luft. Wir würden wieder CC wählen jedoch ein Haus mit mehr Sauberkeit und Komfort.

traumhafte Wohnung in toller Lage

Super gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in toller Lage. Zum Supermarkt 5 Minuten, zum Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Eine Terasse Richtung Osten, eine Terrasse Richtung Westen, Weber Grill... Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen

Immer wieder gerne...

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche! Das Apartment ist total schön und mit allen nötigen ausgerichtet. Durch die Terrassen auf beiden Seiten konnte man den ganzen Tag die Sonnenlage ausnutzen, wenn man noch unterwegs war. Der Strand und auch verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, um die verschiedensten Unternehmungen auf der gesamten Insel zu machen. Und hat der Ort sehr gut gefallen, der zwar auch gut besucht, jedoch nicht völlig überladen an großen Hotels und sehr sichtbaren Tourismus war. Alles in allem kommen wir sehr gerne noch mal wieder. Vielen Dank!
