This fantastic ground floor apartment is situated on the Albatros 3 complex close to the beaches of the Mar Menor in Mar de Cristal. The complex has pretty landscaped gardens around the centre of the complex and pool area. The apartment has 2 good size bedrooms with family bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen and utility area. The patio area has ample space to eat outdoors and there is access to the pool area from here.

Mar de Cristal offers a small supermarket, tennis centre, sailing school and some bars and restaurants

Relaxing

Lovely flat and very close to everything. We enjoyed the relaxing sunny holiday very much. We liked to cook and prepare food, however, the kitchen equipment, plates, knifes, utensils, pots and pans and cutlery were filthy and we were provided with a very small amount of washing up liquid and there was no dishwasher so we had to scrub everything very well. Could have done with a salad bowl. The floors were a bit dusty and dirty especially under the dining room table and walking around bare foot was not very nice. Otherwise perfect.

Second stay in this apartment

This was our second stay in this apartment and we loved it. It's the first apartment by the front door and by the side gate, it has a courtyard and the family next door are spanish and lovely to have as neighbours. You are near the pool and its easy to get to from the back gate. You need a full set of gin glasses, a full set of wine glasses etc. It currently has one of each which was a nightmare when we had guests. I've left cleaning products in the apartment so please leave them for the next guest as I spent alot on cleaning products to keep the apartment clean in our stay. Mattress in the main bedroom needs replacing. Its stained and filthy.

urb tranquila

urb. tranquila. Una limpieza general, no es solo el suelo, los muebles tenían polvo de mas de un siglo, no decir nada mas de las sabanas amarillas y manchadas,encima que no hay mucho mueble estaban muy sucio en general. Pueden ver la suciedad en las lamparas del dormitorio.Da un aspecto de suciedad bastante grande.
