Bright and spacious apartment situated in a quiet and well served Quartu San'elena town only a few kilometers from the historic center of the city of Cagliari and enjoy special privileges such as the proximity to the sea and the most famous beaches of the coast. The apartment is located on a mezzanine floor and has a terrace level of ca. 70 square meters and a garden of 50 sqm. E 'with an entrance and a hallway, 3 bedrooms profits of which: 1 classic double room with TV, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe wall, 1 bedroom with a single bed. A small garden with the lemon trees, a bougainvillea hedge and a pomegranate. A beautiful 70 square meters terrace to the west, which enjoys a special position: where are the vessels, a large parasol and a table where you can always have lunch and / or breakfast.

Très bon séjour dans l appartement de Marco qui est se situe à environ 20mn de très belles plages(via la route du littoral).Marco est très sympathique, disponible et réponds à vos questions ou demandes dans les plus brefs délais. Je recommande !!!!!!!

Casa in ottima posizione, a due passi dal mare ma in città, comoda ai servizi. Ampia e luminosa, ci siamo trovati bene. Il proprietario, Marchino, sempre disponibile e presente.

Appartamento spazioso e confortevole

Appartamento in ottime condizioni, con un bel giardino e terrazza vivibile. Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza, Marco è un ospite molto premuroso e disponibile, la casa era pulita e funzionale. Da casa in pochi minuti con la macchina si arriva alla spiaggia del Poetto e facilmente si raggiungono le spiagge verso Villasimius e Costa rei. E' inoltre molto vicina alla città di Cagliari molto vitale e assolutamente da visitare!

Imperdibile

Una casa accogliente, grande, fresca, con una super terrazza, a due passi da mille spiagge paradisiache, e non manca davvero niente, a far la spesa ci vai a piedi, al bar pure, al forno anche. È in una zona di Quartu Sant'Elena che è il massimo, come punto d'appoggio, tranquilla, facile trovare parcheggio, silenziosa, insomma, l'ideale per una vacanza in macchina, in cui ogni mattina si parte verso un paradiso diverso. Infine: Marco, il proprietario, sa TUTTO della Sardegna, ed è gentilissimo, le sue dritte mi hanno fatto scoprire cose incredibili che da solo mai avrei trovato. Esperienza imperdibile.

Beautiful!

Very beautiful stay in this nice flat, with all possible comforts and a very big terrace. Very clean and spacious. Marco, the owner, is very lovely and helpful: he gives you all kind of information about the area and Sardinia. I recommend it to anyone. Hope to stay there again. Thanks a lot! Tornata piu' volte, ottima vacanza

Sono ormai 5 anni che affitto questo appartamento per i miei soggiorni sardi. La posizione è ottima in quanto in pochi minuti si è sul Poetto e sulle strade principali pe rraggiungere tante località della zona. Marco è molto disponibile e accogliente. Se chiedete aiuto vi farà trovare tante informazioni per girare la zona nel migliore dei modi essendo poi lui del settore. La casa dispone di un favoloso terrazzo che ci ha ospitato per tante cene al fresco, con bellissime piante di contorno. Ci sono tutti i confort, due bagni, acqua calda. Cucina attrezzata. Mobili confortevoli e la casa l'abbiamo sempre trovata pulitissima all'arrivo. Credo che quest'anno tornero' verso settembre e non perdero' occasione nel prenotare di nuovo questo alloggio. Per chiunque si avventurasse nel campidanese consiglio di andare a vedere delle bellissime spiagge verso villasimius e muravera, costa rei e di non perdere assolutamente S. Margherita di Pula.
