About this property

Bright and spacious townhouse.

It is a very sunny terraced house, on a plot of 470m2, on two floors, of 110m2 each, with a garden area at the main entrance and terrace at the rear. There are 4 bedrooms, three of which have a double bed and the remaining two single beds. For now, unfortunately we do not accept pets.
Garden in south facade and terrace in north facade.


Some points to consider:

- It is forbidden to bring guests to stay.
- Out of respect for the dream and tranquility of the neighbors of the property, loud noises or loud voices from 22: 00hr should be avoided.
It is totally forbidden to make parties or events of any kind.
- It is the obligation of the guests to maintain a responsible consumption of water and electricity. Do not leave the lights on when you leave home.
- Do not smoke inside or outside the accommodation.
- Do not accumulate garbage inside, you can throw it every day at any time in the containers of the side streets.

Deliver the apartment almost in the same conditions in which it has been delivered.

I could do without almost everything, but still has not reached that point, so "I need" my daily dose of Yoga, cycling, music, movies and reading. A good hike up the mountain and some camping on the beach when I can, revitalizes me 100%.
I am a vegetarian for about twenty long years. I can not stand animal suffering or the smallest living being.
And traaaaavel. There are not many things I like more. I have not done as much as I would have liked, but from those I made are very present in my day. Travel freely, untethered and with little planning. My favorite trips are long term, at least one month.
As host I adapt to your needs: if you need my help, I will give, if you're more independent, you will have all the space you need.

Why they chose this property

The properties were built approximately in 1990. One of them always belonged to my family and this one was recently purchased to unified the two properties. It was reformed and eventually served as family accommodation.

What makes this property unique

The house despite not found in the city´s very center, provides ample space to relax, just minutes from downtown, beaches and wooded park areas. It has an easy exit towards the highway or to other towns on the island.
