Splendid villa for 6 to 14 people, 250 m2, all comfort. located in the club evasion area, on the edge of a 8 km fine sandy beach. in the secure club, you can enjoy the two swimming pools, jaccuzis, pétanque tracks, tennis courts, all included in the rental. in the immediate vicinity of the club, you can book 4x4 or quad hikes, ride a horse, learn to surf, fly a paraglider, all in a splendid and unpolluted natural environment. For fans of the deckchair, the villa has a 110 m2 terrace equipped with a pergola where it is good to have lunch and deckchairs for idleness. it is possible to provide house staff. a restaurant is available at the beach pools at the Mimid beach club, or 160 meters on the beach at the water sports club restaurant la vague.

Good size villa with access to communal pool. Amazing views and lovely beach. We went in low season which meant on site shops restaurants were not functioning which was a little disappointing for the group as we'd hope this would have given us flexibility as parents were travelling with us and wanted to remain on site separately.Communication was good and resolved any issues we may have faced.

Superbe villa

La villa est à couper le souffle. Une immense pièce de vie pour partager de bons moments sur le canapé et faire de longues parties de cartes sur l’immense table du salon.Une terrasse attenante pour prendre les repas à l’abri du vent.Et le plus de la villa, le rofftop sur toute la longueur de la maison avec table de repas espace salon pour l’apéro et transats pour parfaire le bronzage.2 chambres au niveau inférieur pour loger les ados et 3 chambres attenantes au salon.4 salle de bains pour éviter les embouteillages pour se faire une beauté Cette villa est juste parfaite

Belle villa au bord d'une plage sublime

Très beau séjour en famille dans cette jolie résidence un peu isolée. En hiver c'est exceptionnelle car calme (presqu'aucun voisin), en pleine saison je suis plus perplexe car les villas sont très très proches.Le propriétaire est très agréable et très réactif. La villa est spacieuse et très bien équipée.

Superbe maison dans un club magnifique

Très belle maison, spacieuse, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Nous étions 12 (adultes et grands ados) en plein décembre et nous ne sommes jamais senti à l'étroit ! Literie de bonne qualité et de nombreux rangements très pratiques. Le club est luxuriant et merveilleusement entretenu...un vrai bonheur ! L’accès à la plage est immédiat. Bref nous reviendrons car pour nous surfeurs c''est un lieu particulièrement adapte ! Nous avons pu bénéficier des services de Radiga qui a pu gérer la maison et nous préparer le dîner : un confort 5 étoiles

Superbes vacances

Cadre excellent, à qlq pas de la plage. Maison très bien entretenue et très bien équipée. Vue sur l'océon depuis le solarium. Très beau salon-salle à manger et 3 belles chambres, c'est moins le cas pour les 2 chambres au sous-sol. Le balcn est immense! Hôte à l'écoute et très réactif. Reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour Exceptionnel !

Maison accueillante, bien équipée, bien tenue. Espace, respect du style. Intimité et en même temps pas isolé. Chaque matin, le bonheur du petit déjeuner devant l'océan. Des ballades sur la dune. Plein de choses à découvrir autour ... Nous avons visité la réserve de Souss Massa avec un guide adorable, découvert les grottes en Quad, adoré l'oasis d'Aît Mansur. Quel pied aussi que l'option 'cocooning quotidien', nos lits étaient faits, un plat local nous attendait sur la table le soir ! Quelle bienveillance. Les enfants se sont éclatés : tennis, ballade cheval ... et l'un deux a même tenté le parapente. Et quasi pas de voiture dans le village, ils pouvaient gambader tranquille ... Sûr que nous reviendrons ! ... encore envie de longues ballades sur la plage, et aller jusqu'à la Plage Blanche, voire au-delà, découvrir les dunes du Sahara. Séjour bien plein, enrichissant, accessible, ensoleillé. Proprios adorables, respectueux, honnêtes. Que du bonheur ! A recommander

Confortable, spacieux, lumineux, calme , ensoleillé, coloré, des bons plats goûteux, tous les sens sont mis en éveil pour un lâcher prise savoureux Merci pour tout cela ...... je conseil cet endroit à tout le monde

Wonderfull stay in a beautifull house!

On a passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Jack. Tout a été parfait, l’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région. Il y a plein de possibilités de s’activer (balades sur la plage, en terre ou en vélo, centre équestre et parapente juste à côté). La maison est très bien aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. La terrasse est magnifique avec une vue sur mer. Sûrement, on y retournera!
