TOP LOCATION! Vacation home for 2 people, 100m from the beach and center

This cozy holiday home is located just a stone's throw from the beach and the lively center of Zoutelande. Ideal for a wonderful beach holiday.

The house was completely renovated in 2016/2017 and is fully equipped (dishwasher, combination microwave, smart TV, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating).
In 2026, the bathroom on the first floor was renovated and fitted with a large shower and toilet. The house is also equipped with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs.

In addition to all these amenities, this holiday home features a sunny private garden with a southwest-facing terrace. The house is furnished for a maximum of 2 people.

On the ground floor, you'll find a toilet, a modern open-plan kitchen, a cozy living room, and, of course, a spacious passageway leading to the lovely garden.

On the first floor, you'll find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and one bedroom with a double box-spring bed.

This house is rented from Saturday to Saturday during the peak season. Outside of this period, a different changeover day is negotiable.

Schönes Haus, gute Lage, super eingerichtet!

Unsere Gastgeberin Renate hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, alles erklärt und gezeigt. Die strandnahe Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Toilette befindet sich allerdings im Erdgeschoss, nicht auf der gleichen Ebene mit den Schlafzimmern. Ein kleiner Innenhof mit Tisch und Stühlen lädt zum verweilen in der Sonne ein. Hier hatten auch unsere Räder Platz. Das Haus liegt direkt am Parkplatz des Supermarkts Jumbo. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen sehr gerne Ferien bei Renate!

Schöne, neue Ferienwohnung in praktischer Lage an Strand und Supermarkt

Die FeWo hat uns gut gefallen. Im Erdgeschoss wäre ein Einbauschrank gut, in dem Staubsauger und Besen verschwinden und auch der Platz für Jacken ist sehr eng bemessen. Die Toilette ist im Erdgeschoss, so dass man nachts die steile Treppe runter muss. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist ganz schön eng. Die Ausstattung und Möblierung ist modern, aber gemütlich und ist in perfektem Zustand. Die Holzwände der kleine Terrasse könnte man noch mit Efeu und einer Kletterhortensie schöner/grüner machen, dann wäre die Atmosphäre auf der Terrasse noch ansprechender. Die Mülltonnen würden wir auf jeden Fall zur Garage stellen. Die Lage neben dem Jumbo Supermarkt ist praktisch und viel bekommt man vom Parkplatz und der Anlieferung nicht mit. Restaurants und Strand direkt vor der Tür. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wer hier bucht, macht sicher nichts falsch!

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir haben mit unserer kleinen Tochter ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Für unsere Tochter gab es ein Kinderbett und einen Kinderstuhl. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche sind alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden. Der Supermarkt und Bäcker sind direkt vor der Tür. Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Das kleine Häuschen ist gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Das obere Stockerk ist über eine steile, knarrende Treppe erreichbar, welche mit einem Kindergitter gesichert werden kann. Die Schlafzimmer sind eher klein, denoch gemütlich. Das WC, leider ohne Fenster oder Lüftung, öffnet sich zur Küche hin. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, man hört vom Vermieter gleich neben an nichts. Die Lage ist super! Der Strand ist in nicht mal 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch ohne jegliche Lärmbelästigung. Wir haben super Ferien und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Klein, aber fein

Wir waren zu viert in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist top gepflegt, aber sehr klein, was auf den Bildern nicht so offensichtlich ist. Wir fanden das Vorhandensein einer Toilette ungünstig, da sich diese im Erdgeschoss befindet und die Treppe extrem steil und unheimlich laut ist, jede Stufe macht beim Betreten Krach, was bei einer solch hellhörigen Bauweise extrem stört. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Auto kann man quasi stehen lassen. Für zwei Personen in jedem Fall zu empfehlen!
