Reservation is not confirmed until booking deposit has been received and a signed rental agreement has been secured.
Person signing the agreement and paying is required to be 25 years of age or older and a photocopy of an ID for the signer is required. The person signing the agreement must also be in residence throughout the duration of the rental and is responsible for all other guests. This a requirement by the City of Palm Springs for all vacation rentals.
Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax of 12.5% is mandatory by the City of Palm Springs and will be added to all stays under 28 days.
You will be contacted by Su Casa Property Care for information needed to draw up the agreement for your review and signature. They will need a NON VRBO email address to do this, as VRBO will sometimes block out phone numbers and email addresses.

Pozo Profundo's property manager will meet you at the house to greet you upon arrival, explain and demonstrate all aspects of the property, and close up when you depart. During your visit he will be on call to answer questions and take care of any issues that might arise. He has in depth knowledge of Palm Springs and the surrounding area.

Homeowners and management cannot guarantee an absolute Covid-19 free environment. Each guest assumes risk of exposure anytime they leave their personal home. The vacation home has been cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival. Cleaning and disinfecting guidelines established are based on State and CDC recommendations.
Guests are recommended to follow City of Palm Springs guidelines – practice social distancing and wearing face mask when leaving the Vacation Rental Property.
