A villa equipped with all modern conveniences, for 6 guests (+ 1 baby), with a fenced pool area of 175 square meter (pool 10m x 5m) and terraces, on a fenced plot of 7000 square meters. 3 kms away from Santa Eulalia del Rio, its marina, its restaurants, its shops ...
You will find all the basic necessities (sheets, towels, bath and hair products, spices for the kitchen, flour, oil, vinegar, coffee, basic pharmacy, babybed and babychair...) and a well equipped kitchen for your small dishes...
The Space
A family house, facing south, that offers a a small suite for two with terraces and bathroom on the first floor, as well as two bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the ground floor. An inside dining room for 6 and an outside dining room for 8, a fenced pool area of 175 sq. meters (pool 10mx5m) equipped with umbrellas, six deck chairs and a lounge corner, and a 7000 sq. meters of land with fruit trees add to the comfort. Cars can be parked inside the property.
One of the rooms on ground floor can be equipped with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) or one double bed (180 x 200 cm).
The suite on first floor is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm).
Air conditioning in the three bedrooms and in the living-room.
A baby nursery/room can be installed in the small office. There is no airco.
We provide a baby bed, with sheets and pillow and a baby chair.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole property, except the technical room-garage.
Interaction with Guests
We, or the property manager, remain at the disposal of the guests if needed, but the guests live alone on the estate.
The Neighborhood
The quiet of the ibicenco countryside at only 5 minutes driving from the animation of the crowd, the restaurants, the sea side... And a central situation that gives access to the whole island.
Getting Around
A vehicule is required to access the property. It is located in the valley Es Novells between the hills behind Santa Eulalia.
There are several car rental companies operating from the airport (Europcar, Hertz, Budget,..) or near the airport with a shuttle (2 min.) organized between the parking of the airport and their offices (Centauro).
In Santa Eulalia you will find a bus station and a boat station (destinations : Ibiza, Formentera, Es Cana)
Other Things to Note
Drinking water in the kitchen.
The rest of the house is supplied with source water that it is not drinking water.
They will find everything's needed in the kitchen (oil, spices, coffee, tea, sugar, flour and a lot much)
A clean-up at the end of the stay is included in the fee.
Guests may ask for a clean-up during their stay for an additional cost.
The garden and pool maintenance team shows up once or twice a week. They don't enter the house.
All music is prohibited outside after 10pm. The house is in a quiet and family area. If the neighbors have to complain, the occupants risk having to leave the house before the end of the rental period and losing all or part of their guarantee.
