This beautiful, newly renovated Holiday House is in the very centre of Murter, a beautiful Island in the Šibenik Region, just 30 meters from the sea. Fully furnished, fully equipped and fully accessible for disabled persons. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with AC, SAT TV and Wi-Fi, and a dining table. First floor has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed and a bathroom, fully furnished and accessible for disabled persons. Second floor has a bedroom with a dobule bed and a pull-out bed for an extra person, and a fully furnished bathroom accessible for disabled persons. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea and the Marina, and a jacuzzi, completely hidden from view. All the rooms have AC, the ground floor has floor heating, and the house is equipped with an elevator, and a special vehicle for disabled persons.
