About this property

Surrounded by nature in southern Spain is the luxury home Casa Buena Vista. The original Cortijo has been transformed into a beautiful eco-style house and is fully equipped.
The house stands on a plot of almost 17 000 m2 and is surrounded by mountain ranges and valleys where it is fantastic to walk extensively and completely unwind. You are far away from mass tourism in the province of Murcia on the Andalusian border.
The cottage is nestled amongst almond and olive groves and surrounded by mountain ranges such as the Sierra de Oro and Sierra de Ricote. This area is known as the Campo de Ricote (part of the Ricote Valley). The center of Abarán and Blanca is 15 minutes and the provincial capital of Murcia 35 minutes away. The Mediterranean coastline with beaches and secluded coves of the Costa Calida is perfect for (water) sports and is just over an hour by car.

The house is ideally suited to unwind. The peace and quiet are a relief and give you inspiration for example, to go into nature and to walk through the Rambla (dry river bed) that runs behind the house. Or grab a book and find the shade and dream away.

een geweldig huis op een heerlijk plek

Buena Vista is een geweldig huis. Het is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is 360° prachtig uitzicht zodat je mooie zonsopkomsten en -ondergangen kunt zien. We hebben genoten van de rust en de omgeving. En als je de reuring op wil zoeken zijn er hele leuke dorpjes en stadjes in de buurt. Een echte aanrader voor degene die de rust zoekt Wij hebben dan ook een topvakantie gehad en vinden het zeker een plek om naar terug te gaan

Luxe buitenverblijf in de Sierra Ricote

Door de beheerder opgehaald in Blanca en na een ritje door de Sierra Ricote aangekomen bij Casa Buena Vista. Van de toegangpoort via een oprijlijn naar de Residence. Zoveel luxe verwacht je niet midden in de natuur in het achterland vn Murcia. De tijd heeft hier niet stilgestaan. Een huis voorzien van alle gemakken en een van de weinige plekken in Spanje met prima WiFi. Vergeet niet om wat boodschappen mee te nemen want op de fiets een paar boodschappen doen kan wel maar kost je wel wat tijd :). Het huis heeft twee badkamers extra nog een apart toilet beneden en een woon-leefkeuken die via openslaande deuren in contact staat met een terras op het zuiden. Stroomopwekking met PV-cellen en opslag! Maatschappelijk een zeer verantwoorde woning en een gedurfde keuze van de eigenaar. Het gebruik van de zon als energiebron past in het karakter van het huis. Geniet van de oorverdovende stilte rondom het huis. Een plek om heerlijk bij te tanken. Het is hier minimaal 6 maanden extra zomeren ten opzichte van het Nederlandse klimaat.
