Our apartment (3 clésvacances) is at the foot of the new 6-seater chairlift devil, 300 m from the ESF meeting which you can access with your children in a small ski lift just off the devil chairlift. Through our partnership with '2 Alps leisure' you can enjoy a discount of 5% on ski passes and up to 30% on your rental equipment. Our apartment is located in a quiet area of ​​the resort (T4 on the map of the resort), but 2 mins walk from the lively Place de Venosc and Avenue of the muzzle, its shops and restaurants, you therefore do not need to use your car during your stay. It is located in a residence with lift and has direct access to the ski slopes. This spacious apartment (55 m² + terrace of 7 m²) consists of a large living room, two bedrooms and a sleeping area, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (independent) and two ski lockers. The apartment is equipped with a free box that allows you to access the Internet for free and unlimited. We provide tenants a molten and raclette. We rent a parking space in the season for our tenants. Our apartment got 3 keys in December 2014 for the quality of its equipment and decoration. We renovated a large part of the apartment in 2012 and 2013: Tiling throughout the apartment, laminate in bedrooms, complete renovation of the 2 bathrooms and separate toilet, towel radiators installed in two bathrooms, new kitchen, sound insulation from the ground.
Reservations are only weekly and from Saturday to Saturday. Dogs are allowed, we only rent for 8 people maximum.

Le sens "ski aux pieds" prend toute sa valeur, 45 m du départ du télésiège "Le diable" avec une porte dérobée à l'arrière du bâtiment : plus proche difficile sauf à dormir dans les bennes !Excellent appartement, très fonctionnel, conforme à l'annonce bien doté en matériel avec un connexion wifi opérationnelle mais un poil capricieuse.Recommandation du propriétaire sur les restaurants du secteur très fiables, merci Laurent

Plus: Appartement propre et bien équipé (appareil à raclette et à fondue lave linge / sèche linge). Pas loin des pistes et calme. Bons échanges avec le propriétaire, appartement fidèle à sa description, nous recommandons.Moins: Salon à moitié dans le noir 3 jours sur 7 parce que le volet roulant avait été bloqué à moitié baissé avant qu’on arrive et on a du gérer multiples échanges avec le propriétaire qui n’était pas sur place et son réparateur pour le permettre d’enfin intervenir pendant la semaine ( un plombier pour un autre soucis de rideau de douche qui avait été abîmé avant notre arrivée également). Bref propriétaire très réactif et sympathique mais on n’a pas très envie de gérer ce genre de sujet quand on loue et aucune indemnité ne nous a été proposée en contrepartie.

Localisation exceptionnelle

Nous venons de passer une semaine de rêve dans cette station des 2 Alpes que nous avons découvert l’année dernière avec enchantement. Cet appartement est très bien équipé, et sa localisation est idéale. Le seul mini défaut serait éventuellement la taille du casier à ski mais on peut aussi les mettre sur le balcon, et les difficultés pour sécher les chaussures de ski, mais c’est vraiment pour chipoter. Tout le reste est top ! Merci aux propriétaires ! Le parking est disponible, on peut passer la semaine à pied, les commerces sont à côté : location ski, restaurant, boulangerie, poste, banques, forfaits, poubelles ! On peut difficilement faire mieux. Au pied des remontées mécaniques, à 15 min max de marche avec les petits du jardin des neiges ! C’était super !

Bel appartement, bien situé et conforme à la description. Je reprocherais au propriétaire de ne pas avoir réagi après que que je l'ai informé du fait que deux radiateurs étaient en panne à mi-séjour. A l'arrivée dans la location, je lui signalais une prise "arrachée" dans la cuisine. Il avait été prévenu, mais n'avait pas réparé. Un suivi un peu léger!

Appartement très bien agencé et spacieux (nous étions 8). 2 SDB et 2 toilettes (dont 1 indépendant) très appréciables. Remise clés dans keybox. Le casier à ski très étroit pour 6 skieurs. Lits confortables. Les frais de ménage de 90 euros ne sont pas indiqués dans l'annonce et sont peut être excessifs. Emplacement idéal à proximité du telesiege et de toutes les commodités.

Logement très bien situé au pied du télésiège du diable et du guichet des forfaits. Magasins à proximité et en face du super restaurant le grain de sel. Appartement très bien entretenu et bien équipé. Très calme situé au 1er étage avec ascenseur. Accès simplifié avec la keybox. casier à ski au rdc c'est très pratique. 1 place de stationnement dans la résidence. Photos conformes au logement. Semaine du Jour de l'an 2020 en famille

Appartement très agréable à vivre et confortable, même en utilisant le canapé convertible du salon. (6 adultes, 2enfants et 1 bébé). Situé au pied du télésiège du Diable et à moins de 5 minutes des commerces. Il faut compter 10 minutes pour rejoindre les cours ESF en longeant le front de neige. Le propriétaire est disponible et dispense de bons conseils, location , restaurants , …. : Le restaurant d'altitude le Diable au cœur: top Les deux places de parking sont un vrai plus. Aller, un seul mini bémol: le box dans le local à ski est un peu petit pour 7 skieurs. La neige était au rendez vous, comme la météo bref un super séjour . Florence et Bruno
