Comfortable, Great Location

If you’re looking into accommodations in the Old Town (Casco Viejo), this is a perfect location. The apartment overlooks the cathedral, and is within easy walking distance from the train station, metro, and shopping. It was clean and comfortable, and the host was responsive to our questions and provided suggestions for pintxo bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place to stay in Bilbao!

We were here for 2 weeks - and it was perfect! The apartment was exactly as described. It was extremely clean - great location - communication with owner was quick and easy (they were very, very helpful). Anyone who snags this apartment for their sty!ay is very luck

Great location

Such a fun stay during the Tour de France. Property owner was super helpful and quick to respond with questions I had. This is a beautiful VRBO! I would highly recommend it.

Adequate

Good location in the Old Town, though it can be a bit noisy there. Short walk to Ribera, and to the main square for the best pintxos at Gure Toke. And excellent bakeries and supermarkets nearby.’ The flat itself is suitable for one or two people. That said, we were surprised the flat was not well stocked with the basics. Not a bottle of water even. The pepper mill was empty. No paper towels. It’s a bit off putting to have to purchase staples typically provided in rental units. The listing also had said parking was included, but it wasn’t. Ana did refund the cost of our parking but again, we don’t want hassles when we vacation. As long as you’re expectations are realistic, you’ll be satisfied here. Bilbao is wonderful.

Lovely Apartment Great Location.

Our only issue with our stay was the communication from the owner. Our check-in info was received the night before our flight after some chasing. I gave them grace for the Easter holiday but did start to worry when it missed Vrbo stated issue date. Getting this info was also a problem when we tried to use the Vrbo site. As the owners were going to be on holiday the day of our flight and a video needed to be sent. This took some time due to issues with the Vrbo site. We also had to ask additional questions as we were not being met at the property. The property was in the old town not far from the cathedral Santiago. We arrived by taxi on the main road as the taxi could not enter into the old town. You can also get there by airport bus. The apartment was on the first floor via stairs. It was very clean, tastefully decorated with exposed beams. The lounge, dining area and kitchen layout was open planned. With an efficient heating system with radiators. It has a bathroom with shower, ltd amt of toiletries, & good quality towels. The kitchen area was well equipped. With a dishwasher, washing machine stove microwave but no oven. The windows were well insulated for sound and the double blinds kept out the street lights. We were surrounded by a multitude of bars, restaurants, takeaways, mini marts and a walk to many supermarkets the best value being Mercadona. Most places of interest were a walk away. We also visited Vizcaya Bridge using the metro system.

Prima locatie in het oude centrum tegenover de kerk. Bus en metro in de buurt. Geen eigen parkeerplaats wat wel in de advertentie staat, parkeren in de parkeergarage, 8 minuten lopen. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Met de trap naar boven, 1e etage

Wunderbarer Ausblick auf Touristenausblick

Wir haben den Ausblick auf die Touristen und die wunderschöne Kirche sehr genossen und die Gestaltung der Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und stimmig. Ventilator und zusätzliche Decke waren individuell erreichbar und ebenfalls perfekt.

Wunderbare Unterkunft! Für einen längeren Aufenthalt, wie in unserem Fall, wären sicherlich ein paar zusätzliche Utensilien in der Küche sinnvoll, z.B ein Sieb zum Abgießen der Nudeln. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein Traum und lässt damit alle anderen Dinge vergessen.

geräumig, modern, zentral in Bilbao.

Das Apartment ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Fotos entsprechen dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, von allem ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage ist natürlich erstklassig, zentraler geht es nun wirklich nicht mehr. Die Vermieterin Ana ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell auf Anfragen. Den in der Beschreibung genannten Parkplatz gibt es leider nicht mehr, aber Ana hat uns den guten Tipp gegeben, im nahen Hotel Arriaga zu parken, was für uns problemlos und vergleichsweise günstig möglich war. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen und wir würden das Apartment weiter empfehlen.

Im Zentrum der Altstadt von Bilbao

Sehr gepflegte und nett eingerichtete Wohnung in einem Altbau. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die auch bei kleinen Problemen hilfreich ist. Auf dem Platz kein Durchgangsverkehr und damit insgesamt leise.

Vi har haft et fantastisk godt ophold i Bilbao. Hyggelig, ren og godt beliggende lejlighed midt i den gamle bydel. Tæt til indkøb og seværdigheder, også gode muligheder for bil, tog og bus rundt i det smukke Baskerlandet. Meget venlig og servicemindet vært. Lejligheden kan helt klart anbefales. We've had an amazing stay in Bilbao. Cozy, clean and greatly located apartment in the middle of the old city. Close to shopping and sights, also good options for car, train and bus around the beautiful Basque Country. Very friendly and service-minded host. The apartment is wholeheartly recommended!

Hervorragende Lage - sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung - persönliche Betreuung

Wir waren sehr erfreut über die wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung im Zentrum von Bilbao. Die Foto´s gaben die Gegebenheiten optimal wieder. Von der Bereitschaft, dem Mieter eine schöne Zeit zum Wohlfühlen zu bieten waren wir echt begeistert. So stellt die Besitzerin z.B. Obst, Kuchen, Wasser und Milch als erstes "Willkommen" in den Kühlschrank bzw. schön angerichtet auf den Tisch. Der Kaffee für die Espressomaschine stand auch bereit. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung zu 100% weiter und bedanken uns für die tolle Zeit!
