About this property

delightful holiday home in the historic center a few meters from the sea

Ancient fisherman's house recently renovated in a modern key with fine finishes.
The house has two levels. On the ground floor there is the living room with a well organized kitchenette from the washing machine to the dishwasher, on the upper floors there are two other bedrooms, fully furnished with new beds and nets.
We also have a sofa bed ready in a different room.
WiFi throughout the house, air conditioning on each floor and underfloor heat pump heating.

Located in the heart of the historic center of Caorle a few meters from the Adriatic beaches. No cars circulate, therefore safe for pedestrians. In the center of the Venetian Riviera it is not far from Venice and Trieste.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenhalt war sehr schön, die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt, alles zu Fuß in kürze erreichbar. Der Strand ist sehr nahe gelegen, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und steht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung!

Großartige Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Urlaubsaufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt zentral zum Ort und zum Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr nahe am Strand, direkt in der Altstadt

Das Haus liegt direkt in der Altstadt von Caorle, und nur wenige Gehminuten zu den zwei Stränden. Somit war es kein Problem den Tag am Strand zu verbringen und Abends direkt in der Altstadt zu Abend zu essen. Unsere Mädels (13 und 17 Jahre) und wir haben die direkte Lage sehr genossen. Das Haus war trotz Temperaturen von 35 Grad immer sehr angenehm kühl zum schlafen. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr unproblematisch über WhatsApp, und uns wurden schon vor Anreise alle Fragen beantwortet (Anreise und Parken zum Ausladen, Parken vor Ort, Buchung für Liegen am Strand, usw.). Wir bedanken uns für die schönen Tage in Caorle und gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist genial, die Wohnung super ausgestattet…. Mit kleinen Kindern sind die Treppen allerdings mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Das wussten wir ja vorher, aber es fehlt tatsächlich nur ein Plätzchen an der frischen Luft. Der Kontakt war vollkommen kontaktlos und problemlos per Telefon und What’s App. Sehr netter Vermieter.

feines, aber leider etwas teures Kleinod mittendrin

Wir waren in der Vorsaison als Familie (Kinds 13, 15, 17) für zwei Wochen in Caorle. Dem sehr schön restaurierten Fischerhäuschen mangelt es an nichts (wenn man sehr genau sein will, dann wäre ein Balkon oder eine Dachterasse natürlich das "I-Tüpfelchen") und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war wunderbar einfach per WhatsApp (spricht sehr gut Englisch und wohnt auch aktuell in GB). Das Haus liegt superzentral in der Altstadt von Caorle, direkt gegenüber (keine 10 m) ist eines der zahlreichen guten Lokale (Pizzen sehr zu empfehlen), der Bäcker ist vielleicht 70 m entfernt, kurzum, alles perfekt. Enricos (Vermieter) Bruder (betreibt ebenfalls eine Pizzeria im Ort) war ebenfalls sehr hilfreich und fürsorglich. Carole eignet sich sehr gut für Ausflüge nach Venedig, Padua etc. Die Betten im Haus sind exzellent (Bettwäsche wurde sogar nach einer Woche noch mal gewechselt und alles geputzt) in der Küche gibt es alles, was benötigt wird und WLAN (Teenager...) war ebenfalls super flott und zuverlässig, es gibt auch drei Duschen/Toiletten. Wir haben das Auto nur für Ausflüge benötigt und den Aufenthalt sehr (!) genossen. Im Sommer wird's in Caorle nicht gerade einsam denke ich (zwei typische italienische Sandstrände mit reservierbaren Schirmen und Liegen), die Vorsaison (nur über Ostern war die Stadt proppenvoll) ist sehr empfehlenswert.
