Het huis is een grote villa met 2 verdiepingen die apart verhuurd worden. Elke verdieping is voorzien van zeer grote kamers. Alles is er aanwezig keuken (met borden, tassen, pannen, vaatwasser, afwasmachine, ...). Precies zoals thuis. De verhuurders zijn heel aangenaam. Het zwembad is ook enorm aangenaam en een troef. De ligging ook.

Het huis is echt prachtig. De huidige eigenaren zijn een broer en zus. Hun opa h ...

Het huis is echt prachtig. De huidige eigenaren zijn een broer en zus. Hun opa heeft het huis in 1923 gebouwd en ze zijn daar werkelijk trots op wat je aan alles kan merken. Het huis staat op een prachtige locatie bovenop een heuvel. Rondom het huis zijn wat bomen op het eigen erf en daarbuiten veel druiven en olijfvelden. Op het terrein kunnen drie auto’s overdekt parkeren, er is voldoende ruimte voor meerdere auto’s maar dan staan ze niet overdekt. Het huis het is verdeeld in twee appartementen. De beneden etage en de boven etage. Wij hadden de boven etage, je hebt dan drie slaapkamers met elk een dubbel bed. Het appartement is echt groot genoeg om met 6 mensen daar een week te blijven, je loopt elkaar niet in de weg. Het appartement zelf is erg schoon en netjes en is nog niet zo heel lang geleden volledig gerenoveerd. Het ontvangst was echt prima. We kregen een fles wijn afkomstig van de heuvels rondom het huis. In de woonkamer stond een grote schaal met vers fruit. En in de koelkast waren wat flesjes water en sap. De keuken is echt compleet. Voor de vaatwasser waren er voldoende zeepblokjes. Ook filters voor de koffie apparaat en een pak verse koffie en zakjes thee zijn aanwezig. Er is een inductie kookplaat aanwezig. Het zwembad is rond met een diameter van 10 meter en gemiddeld 1 meter diep. Naast het zwembad is een terras met twee enorme nieuwe parasols en 12 nieuwe ligbedjes met nieuwe ligkussens. Vanaf het huis ben je met de auto snel in Florence (Firenze) en Sienna. Ook de populaire wijnroute is niet ver van het huis. Een grote supermarkt van Coop is in het dorp op de volgende heuvel, een 12 minuten rijden en ook op zondag geopend.
