The proximity to the theater 'La Pergola', Santa Maria Nuova hospital, and Piazza del Duomo makes it an ideal base for exploring the city.
With its close proximity to Santa Croce and the Duomo, you'll have easy access to some of the best areas of Florence. These areas are not only known for their vibrant atmosphere with bars and restaurants but also for their rich cultural heritage, including numerous churches and museums.
The apartment itself features two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped small kitchen, and a small courtyard.
