The very bright apartment is located in the heart of the city of Florence, inside the ZTL, a few steps from the Duomo and the main museums (Accademia, Uffizi, San Marco Museum, Archaeological Museum). The furniture is studied in detail and comfortable. The apartment has a fairly spacious outdoor area with table and chairs under a delightful pergola. The house is equipped with every comfort: Single heating and air conditioning; its position allows to easily and quickly reach every area of the city and also in the suburbs (Piazzale Michelangelo, Fiesole); in fact the main bus lines have a stop right near the apartment.

Incredible location!

The apartment is located steps from the tram- making it easy to travel from the train station to the VRBO. Elisabetta was welcoming and provided excellent communication and instructions for our family. We had a wonderful stay- thank you!

Lovely Apartment

This apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures. It is very comfortable and has all the things you need for an enjoyable stay. It is located in a great place to walk everywhere. The owner, Elisabetta, is very easy to work with. I highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely 2 bed room apartment above SanMarco Square

Great location and walkable to all of Florence. The owner Elisabetta communicated well and gave good recommendations for dining. The main bedroom is wonderful only drawback is it can be a bit noisey from the street below.

My sisters and I stayed 8 nights at this property. There is lots of room and the location is great. Easy access to everything. The restaurant, Accademia, is fabulous. We ate there a couple of times. There is a coffee shop on the corner that was quite good. There is construction going on right now that makes it a little noisy at times and can affect the internet connection but nothing that should keep you from staying here. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great location- lovely apartment. Keys difficult to engage in lock. 2 flights of stairs for 1st floor. No place to deposit garbage you are expected to empty prior to leaving.

Fun in Florence

This apartment was a better-than-expected surprise! It was wonderfully furnished and everything that we needed was at our fingertips. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the Duomo, the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio with easy 20-minute walk from the train station. San Marco Square boasts several restaurants, (we loved Accademia) gelato and bakery options, and a festive atmosphere. Elsabetta was attentive and quick to answer any questions. The entrance and information needed were all easily accessed. This was the third stop on our tour in Europe and by far our favorite accommodation.

We loved the location and the large apartment. Beautifully decorated and so clean and fresh. Enjoyed the patio right off the full kitchen area. Apartment included everything we needed. Directly in front of apartment is the San Marco Square and Museum. Just around the corner is Academia Museum. Elisabetta is so nice, friendly and helpful. Was so easy dealing with her. Elisabetta recommended a wonderful restaurant right next door, Academia Ristorante. The food was wonderful and the waitstaff so friendly. One of the best meals we have had in all of Italy. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Florence. Grazzi Elizabetta for sharing your apartment with us.

This property is for visitors who want the experience of living in a Florence neighborhood. Although the social media darling sandwich shops are literally just around the corner with the House of David a few minutes walk past them if you walked out of the apt. in the other direction you would find the normal bustle of locals going about their day. We easily walked from across the Arno from Piazzale Michelangelo you don't have to because of a convenient taxi rank feet away at Piazza San Marco and bus stops. This is an older property so the dimensions of the bathroom with the bathtub off the entry is very narrow. Luckily, there is a second bathroom off the main bedroom. The walk in storage space in the main bedroom can store all your luggage easily. 3 hotel style luggage racks are thoughtfully provided by the host. The towels and bed linens were very clean. 3 Kitchen towels for guest use. As of November 2024 we found the host did respond to previous lacking reviews of bath towels, linens, kitchen towels. Construction was not on going during our stay.

Large and well laid out apartment for with two bedrooms and two separate baths. Comfortably furnished with IKEA style furnishings and cheerful artwork. Great beds, extra blankets and lots of light. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely outside terrace. Front bedroom is street side and right on the square, but with windows closed the street noise was minimal. Landlord was pleasant and very accommodating. We felt right at home.

Apartment is in a great location and our host Elisabetta was very helpful. Very roomy and we enjoyed the patio and decor and it was very clean. Beds are comfortable and was thankful for the 3 air conditioning units. All in all, this was a perfect place for our stay in Florence!
