This is a very roomy apartment and it’s on the opposite side of the Arno River so it’s a bit quieter than some areas. Kitchen is well stocked. It’s easy to find; Apple Maps is very accurate. It’s about a 25 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. The washer is actually a Washer/dryer in one which is nice; dryers are rare in Europe.

Excellent location within the city center and the ZTL zone so very walkable. Access to anything you need, beautiful garden just across the street, close to scenic walk up the hill for a view over Florence. Absolutely would stay again.

We had such a wonderful time in Florence and wish we could have stayed longer because this location was so convenient, spacious, clean and beautiful! The hosts were very responsive. I cannot recommend it enough. If driving, make sure to communicate directly with the Lungarno garage about exactly how to get there before you enter the city because Waze and Google Maps take you to the wrong location! Would do it again in a heartbeat!

Our stay was excellent! The property is large with many living spaces to spread out and relax. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Even the floors were clean for bare feet! The beds and linens were comfortable. The location was perfect! It’s in a beautiful old building in the residential area a short walk to Pointe de Veccio and all the attractions. You can open the windows and look out onto the street. The elevator was very helpful with our luggage, and the area is quiet. We would definitely stay here again! Bellissimo! Grazie!

Stayed in this property for two years strsight now, its spacious, clean and in a great location. Close to shops bars, taxi etc. Only a 5 min walk to the Duomo. Highly recommended

The apartment was very clean and somewhat modern. Good location but the map takes you about 400 meters from the apartment listing location. Only complaint was that our aunt who was with us could not walk very far and location discrepancy made it very difficult for her. Otherwise apartment once there was in a great place and we loved the area. Host was very gracious and gave us apartment number very quickly. Overall I would rate it a 4.8 out of 5.

The property was in a great location, close (walking distance) to everything we wanted to see. The washer/dryer really helped so that I can do a few loads of laundry before the next leg of our trip (note that the washer/dryer is a single unit that acts as both, so some wait time is required. The kids loved that the apartment was spacious and had several bedrooms. There was one AC unit in the living room, but the apartment stays fairly cool (even when it was very hot outside- we were in a heat wave during our June/July stay). When we asked the owner for fans for the bedrooms, he brought them the very next day. This helped us sleep more comfortably. Hosts are very responsive, I would recommend this place.
