The location was perfect. The apartment was absolutely immaculate. The host Gianni was so good if we needed anything we just texted him and immediately got an answer. I can’t say enough how nice everything was and the convenience of a grocery store and restaurants right there. It was terrific.
This home provided everything we needed for our stay in Florence. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The checkin manager was very sweet. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a real pleasure hosting you. I'm glad you liked the house. I bought it renovated and furnished, thinking of moving there myself when I retire.
This location just over the Arno River was perfect for our adult family of five. It was a quiet space, but so convenient to everything in Florence city center. There’s a grocery store, restaurants, and gelato just around the corner. Having two bathrooms and separate rooms for everyone was ideal. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious family retreat
The apartment was perfect for our family of 7. Very spacious and
Location is great in the heart of Florence, close proximity to everything, but very quiet at night. Cool Ac, fully stocked, tons of beds and space, lots of room to spread out, washing mashing, lift to the top, modern and clean. Great communication.
The location is fantastic, close enough to walk to everything and still on a quiet street. The host met us upon arrival and explained the apartment thoroughly, and there was also a guide book in English to things like appliances and water.Overall, just a great visit and our family enjoyed being able to stay here.
Great space with everything we needed - infact the apartment is bigger than we imagined Good area as easy to walk to main parts of Florence and Railway station
The apartment was in a great part of town for finding restaurants and stores and getting around the city. It was comfortable and had everything we needed.
We enjoyed our stay. Family of 5-spouse, 2 teens, any my mom. Lots of space to spread out and loved the living/dining room area. Love that there is an elevator for luggage and groceries as apt is on the top floor. Location is great for walking in the city. Beds were all very comfortable.
The apartment was in a perfect location. Close to center center without the noise and congestion. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would stay there again
Our stay at the apartment was lovely. The location was perfect! Out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist center, but so close to everything. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Florence!
Our stay here was wonderful...perfect location to walk to everything, yet in a nice neighborhood with a local feel. Very spacious for five adults, with areas to gather together or be private if we wanted. Would recommend highly!
This property worked great for a group of 5-7. The location is great...not far from everything, but far enough removed that you don't deal with the crowds. The neighborhood has several good restaurants, bars, a market, and a gelato shop. The host was incredibly nice, informative, and accommodating. Be aware that while there is an elevator, it is very small. Most of us took the 4-flights of steps each time.
The apartment is beautiful appointment and the location is perfect for exploring all the sights. The owner was very friendly and helpful with advice. We would love to return some day!
This is a very large and clean apartment in a great central location but not really a palace as advertised. There is artwork from 6th graders framed on the walls and bathrooms are small with weak showers. The host communication and check in and check out were great- no problems there.Apartment lacked dryer as advertised so we were stuck with wet towels for 3 days. Bsic amenities such as salt, coffee, milk and bottled water- just a small amount to make one feel welcome were lacking. Comfortable and convenistay but nothing flash and not a palace.

I'm sorry you didn't realize you were in a real 14th-century palace that belonged to the noble Soderini family, in the only neighborhood in Florence that remains as it was in the 14th century, and therefore full of charm (Lonely Planet calls it one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world)!
The apartment has been recently renovated and retains its 5-meter-high ceilings with ancient wooden beams. The walls are hung with modern art paintings, some of which are valuable, which I inherited from my uncle, who was a collector. Many guests wanted to buy them.
