Bright penthouse apartment 125 sqm + 3 private terraces overlooking the Duomo, 5 + 1 beds. 50 meters from Piazza Duomo, 2nd floor (top), without lift. 55 comfortable steps. 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning (2 double with AC + 1 single with air conditioning) + 1 single sofa bed in a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower and windows, 3 private terraces with views. All bedrooms and bathrooms with mosquito nets and anti mosquito lamps.
The bedrooms are 1 double with 1 double bed or 2 single beds, 1 single room and 1 terrace room with 1 single sofa bed and 1 double bed (it is not possible to have 2 separate single beds). There are no sofa beds in the living room and this is not possible
Services: Wi-Fi without adsl limits, pocket wifi, Netflix, air conditioning in all bedrooms, 1 fan, heating, dishwasher, oven, washing machine (and soap), dryer, food processor, electric oven, microwave oven , moka, electric kettle, electric machine, iron and ironing board, toaster, LED satellite TV, espresso machine and American coffee machine, 3 terraces equipped with table, chairs, candles and sun loungers. Mosquito nets (there is no mosquito around the apartment because every winter there is pest control in this area). Welcome snack and 1 welcome bottle of wine, welcome orange juice or Coke and gas water. Welcome Nutella and jam. Welcome soap, body lotion and shampoo, 1 baby bed and 1 baby high chair are available and free on request.
Next to the apartment at 20 meters there is a garage where you can park your car for a fee at about 25 euros per night, you can ask on your arrival. Bus stop 10 meters from the apartment. Nearby: museums, central station, markets, shopping centers, tourist office, restaurants, pizzerias, banks, bicycle rental, post offices, pharmacies, bars and pubs, gyms, etc. All the services you like (chef on request, massages, tours etc.).

This penthouse apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Marianna began communicating with me early with all of the details about checking in which was a smooth process. The washing ng machine was broken by previous renters and the part was not coming in until after we were to leave so our host refunded some of our money and then picked up our dirty clothes herself so she could wash and dry them and get them back the next day. She helped us line up taxis for a day trip and to get back to the train station when we’re departed from Florence. The apartment is lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and towels. The kitchen was well appointed and had paper towels, some snacks and a bottle of water and prosecco. The location was central and within walking distance of everything we visited. I highly recommend the apartment and Marianna who will take good care of you!!

Florence felt like home, and this property was a big part of that. Marianna was so responsive and took care of us from the moment we booked. Everything was clean and perfect- and the location couldn't be better. Super close to all cafe's, shopping, and groceries. And an easy walk to the central plaza and train station, we never needed a car except a taxi to the airport. The beds were all comfy, and sitting on the terrace eating breakfast with views of the dome was so special! Just be ready to climb some stairs to get into the apartment!

Perfect home base!

The apartment is gorgeous and the view is amazing! There are lots of stairs but so worth it. We had plenty of space and were so comfortable. The location is very central and you can walk easily to all of the main attractions in Florence. It does get a bit noisy at night but nothing a white noise machine can’t fix. Nothing beats looking out your window to a perfect view of the Duomo! The kitchen is well appointed and the main bathroom is very large with a nice shower and two sinks. Marianna was a wonderful host, she was proactive, helpful, and very responsive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with her and would absolutely come back again and again!
