Santa Croce Terrace - Luxury nest


Starting from October 2023 the beds will all be completed with goose down topper besides the already existing goose down pillows and memory foam pillows and mattresses. A feature just like 5 stars Hotels!!

Renovated with high quality materials, decorated with elegant details and designed with eye-catching pieces, our place is located a few steps toPiazza del Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery.

We are on a third floor (European standard) with 62 steps, without lift. Not suggested for elderly people or those with mobility problems.

Fully renovated at April 2019 with high quality and elegant products. The 70m2 apartment. There are two bedrooms, one with super king size and the other with twin beds all with 25 cm height memory foam mattresses and double pillows for each guest. The twin beds can be joined to have a second king size bed.

All day bright main bedroom has a kingsize bed with a separate space designed for luggages&clothing. It has two comfortable chairs and a coffe table with a reading lamp. The room’s complete bathroom with shower is located on the corridor.

Cosy bedroom has twin beds which can be joined together to have a kingsize bed. There is a complete en-suite bathroom with shower.

Both bathrooms are made by luxurious Florentine bathroom porcelain and offer a courtesy kit by Prima Spremitura for shower gel. Each guest will have set of two towels, one for the shower and one for the face.

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous apartment. The owners take great care and pride in it which shows in the high end finish and furnishings. It was spotlessly clean. Very well placed to walk to all attractions and with the wonderful Santa Croce church in view from the wonderful terrace. Nermin was very responsive to any questions and gave us some great recommendations for food.

Everything was great in the apartment, very clean and spacious. Stairs were manageable for us but it was tough at arrival with 4 medium (30-40 pounds) suitcases and after a day of walking a lot.

Fantastic location!

Very clean, comfortable stay in a lovely area of Florence. Very walkable. Accommodations have been made around the apartment to reduce street noise but it's in the heart of the city, so expect some noise. Everything was lovely!

We truly loved staying at Santa Croce Terrace. Our hosts were very welcoming and were very good communicators. The flat was clean and very much as advertised. We loved relaxing on the terrace. The location was very convenient with two wine windows nearby as well as the Basilica di Croce Santa, Pino’s sandwiches, and Vivoli right outside the door. As a family we spent some days at this very clean and welcoming appartment and it was really a plesure. Allesandro and his wife welcomed us perfectly and the entier arrival process was very kind. Especially the currated lists of selected locations shared at the begnning was very helpful. We found some nice restaurants that way - great idea. So, for everyone that wants to be in the heart of Santa Croche, surroundet by restaurants and only some minutes away from locations like Duomo di Firenze should consider this appartment.

Terrific place in a great location!

This was one of our favorite places to stay during our vacation around Italy. The place was as advertised and was very relaxing for our family. We loved the terrace as well as the master bedroom where we had 3 large windows overlooking the main street below. The location was excellent... a block from Santa Croce and walking distance to just about everything we wanted to see in Florence. The life of the neighborhood was very exciting to experience. The host was wonderful and the communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I came to Florence to visit our daughter who is studying abroad for the semester. We were looking for a two bedroom, two bath rental so she could join us and have her own space. This place was in a great location. Steps away from great restaurants, shopping and many Florence attractions. It was clean, spacious and well appointed. Don’t hesitate to book this gem in Florence. No detail was overlooked for a comfortable stay. The apartment was very clean, recently renovated and had many elegant details. The kitchen had every amenity we needed. The kids appreciated having their own separate beds, too. On our 2-week trip from London to Rome with two kids it was by far our favorite place.

Wonderful Apartment in Florence

This was one of the nicest and cleanest apartments I've rented. Our hosts were so helpful when it came to local recommendations, transportation to and from the airport, etc. The apartment seemed bigger in person than in the pictures, and you can tell they take great care of their place. We also appreciated the location as it was a minute away from Santa Croce Church and easy walking distance to other landmarks within the city. Would absoultely recommend this apartment!
