Luxury apartment, about 85 m2 located on the 6th and top floor of a historic Florentine building overlooking the Duomo, Bell Tower and Baptistery. Completely renovated, equipped with lift, air conditioning, single heating, wi-fi, all the fine furnishings, it is composed of:
1 double bedroom with view of the Duomo and bell tower with armchair, desk, cable and satellite TV;
1 bedroom overlooking the Duomo and Bell Tower with two single beds and exclusive bathroom, equipped with a sofa, desk, cable TV;
entrance;
2nd bathroom;
1 living room with double sofa bed, cable and satellite TV;
1 fully equipped kitchen;
1 technical compartment with pill and washer dryer.
Thanks to a small staircase you reach the upper floor where we find a large shared terrace with panoramic views over most of the city. From the terrace you have the impression of touching the Duomo, the Campanile and the Baptistery of Florence, located a few meters from the building. The central area allows you to enjoy all the services of the city of Florence such as: the historic center with its countless monuments, prestigious shops, restaurants, bars, department stores. The area is also served by taxi service, car rental, bike rental and more.
We can safely summarize it all with the phrase 'Florence in the palm of your hand'.

This is a great apartment for a small family to stay in while visiting Florence. The location is perfect to walk to almost all the nearby attractions in the city. And the rooftop terrace is relaxing after a long day in the city! Everything was clean and very well maintained.

La Culla di Dante is a wonderful gem in Florence! The location is within walking distance of anything you would want to see, and the apartment itself is even better than the pictures! It’s simply perfect. The host was responsive and helpful, and check in with Alessandra was very thorough. This was our first trip to Florence, and if and when we return, we will be staying here again!

Beautiful apartment. It was spacious and had a great kitchen and LR area to sit and chat together. We loved it. We had everything we needed. We’d stay again for sure. Alessandra, the cleaning lady welcomed us upon arrival. We were allowed to drop our luggage off since we arrived to the area early as it was being cleabed. We also were allowed earlier checkin as soon as it was check in ready. Alessandra made sure we had everything needed to communicate with them. Great location just steps from piazza del Duomo. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location & Charming Apartment

The property is within walking distance of all major attractions, and the apartment was the perfect size for myself and my niece, with room to spare. The veranda was spectacular, with a picture-perfect view of the Duomo. The check-in was smooth and frictionless.

Magical place to star

When we opened the windows, we felt that the Duomo was within our reach! The apartment is tastefully appointed. Alexandra and her sister met us when we arrived and gave us a great orientation to the facilities. It's in a great location, near great restaurants and a bonus rooftop terrace. We will return!

Beautiful BnB in Convenient Neighborhood

This property exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable as well as beautifully furnished. The owners have thought of everything that you might need. It is right by the Duomo and within walking distance to most of the major sites. We enjoyed the rooftop area for looking out over the city while enjoying a glass of wine.

Fabulous location and balcony view

We loved our stay. Easy to check in and grocery, everything nearby. My only tiny recommendation is that the 2 sconce lights in the common room were out. A floor lamp would be helpful too. Otherwise perfecto! Would definitely stay here again!

Homey retreat in the heart of Florence

Beautiful apartment... smooth check-in, stunning rooftop deck, sparkling clean throughout, washer and dryer, and the perfect location to have a quick rest or a glass of wine before you head out again. We loved our stay!! The two bathrooms were so handy, and the fresh fruit and bottle of wine were thoughtful touches. We hope to come back again!!

Gorgeous apartment in the heart of Florence

A Californian in Firenza

Next door to the Duomo. So completely touristy as you would expect, but so easy to see the famous sites. Immaculately clean with an excellent kitchen.

Great spot, great stay, great location

Location can't be beat! Right in the heart of everything. Coffee shops just downstairs. The unit was very nice! There's not as much of a view from within the apartment, however the rooftop which is just a flight of stairs away had a great view! Ale our check-in host was fantastic...very kind.

Wonderful stay in Florence

This apartment had an ideal location. It was very comfortable for my wife, adult daughter, and myself. The air conditioning was great during a heat wave in Florence. The outside terrace was a delight in the early evening hours. We very much appreciated the bowl of fruit and bottle of wine at our arrival. Having a lift in the building was a great benefit.

Amazing location charmong and clean. No laundry

Very charming and clean. Perfect location between the duomo and palazzo vecchio. The view from the roof is breathtaking. The lisitng says there is laundry available, however, there is not a washer or dryer. There is an iron.

Great condo!

Great condo in a great location! Everything we needed was offered. Cute decor and we felt at home. Roof top balcony was amazing! Great views from our windows and balcony! Location was walking distance from everything. It was a little noisy at night, so bring your earplugs if your a light sleeper. We would definitely book again!

Great place but address not easy to locate . No one was there to check us in & we couldn't locate the check in spot. Called & the lady who came was very nice but had limited English. There was fresh fruit and wine waiting for us. The place was very clean. The view from the rooftop terrace was spectacular. The 4 star was because of the checkin after hours of flying

The apt was clean, well stocked, inviting and updated as shown in the pictures. We were warmly greeted and given instructions for using the apt. A lovely plate of fruit and a bottle of wine was waiting for us. Very thoughtful. The location was wonderful, a block from the Duomo and the view from the roof terrace was amazing. Plenty of room for 4 adults. A 5 star experience.

Florence at its finest

We spent the last 5 days in Florence and it was fantastic. The apartment cannot be placed in a better location, with access to museums, restaurants, garden's you name it all in close walking proximity. The roof top patio is a great place to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. The list of restaurants that were given, each one out did the other. The Litani brothers restaurants get our top rating. Fantastic Location, View & Apartment in Florence!!

Fantastic Location, View & Apartment in Florence!! This was like staying in a 5 start hotel. The location was steps away to all the main attractions in Florence and the apartment was beautiful! Well decorated and brand new clean. Very good quality furnishings and linens. The owner was a pleasure to work with and it felt like friends not business. We are a family of six. Mom, Dad, and 4 girls under 10. We were very comfortable. We had a very nice time in the apartment and were sad to leave. We cooked a lovely meal in the well-stocked and modern kitchen. All new and modern appliances. I highly recommend this apartment. You will not regret it.
