Great location and large pace

The size and location of the property was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. The only issue was getting connected with property managers when first arriving and figuring out the washer/dryer but all worked out.

Great location and Family Room

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment. The living room was huge and it was a wonderful place to relax at the end of a long day. We walked to the train station (without luggage) but would use a taxi with luggage. We also walked to many of the piazzas. We enjoyed the location a lot and really appreciate the space.

Fantastic apartment for a beautiful stay

We loved this apartment so much for our family of 4 (mom, dad, 14 year old daughter, 16 year old son.) We took the train in from Rome and walked from the station to the apartment. We had to wait a bit for the contact person to let us in, but the weather was lovely so it was not a big deal. The location was so central and safe, and the actual apartment was exactly how the photos captured it-spacious, modern, beautiful. We were thankful for the separate washer and dryer, for the nice kitchen and for enough seating for all of us to lounge after a day of sight-seeing and shopping and eating. You can’t beat this location, with the tankless water heater so all get a hot shower, and even the sparkling water tap in the kitchen! Fantastic!

Wonderful location and property

We loved our stay here. The location could not have been better. It was an easy walk to all of the local attractions but far enough away that it was quiet at night. We loved the R/O water faucet in the kitchen this made for easy refills as we headed out for the day. I saw some one review with a complaint about communication. We communicated through WhatsApp and it was seamless. Sami met us at the property and was able to run through what we needed. We did not have any problems so we did not communicate throughout the week. The recommendation of VakayinTuscany.com was amazing. We used them for our airport transfers and a day trip to Siena, a Tuscan Winery and San Gimignano. This was a highlight of our week! Be forewarned this is a "first floor" apartment. This means it is above the ground floor and requires walking up 2 flights of stairs. We found the apartment comfortable and would love to return.
