Location was perfect!! Lots of restaurants, bars and sight seeing. The apartment was perfect for the 6 of us and had a lift for us to us with our luggage.
Everything was great! The location was perfect! Thank you ❤️

Wonderful view
We loved every aspect of the space including the great location. Our host was very accommodating and provided insight into some amazing restaurants. The view was amazing and everyone loved the mattresses!
Outstanding location. Very good premises for a week stay. Central to many bus tours. Easy walking everywhere. Fabulous restaurants near by. Excellent experience. Please ensure all appliances in good working order before checkin. Fix broken furniture, Could have been a 5 out of 5 with these fixes.
We had a great stay here at this wonderful apartment located perfectly overlooking the Ponte Vecchio. Views of the Doumo and the Tower were incredible. Very easy communication with the manager and help with booking a day trip to Sienna and Chianti. I would definitely stay here again.
Safe and comfortable! A short walk to all that Florence has to offer! Only recommendation would be better instructions on how to use the tv. Thanks for an unforgettable stay!
Location does not get much better than this. You are steps away from the ponte vecchio. The charm of the apartment is wonderful.

Location, location, location!!
While the furniture is a bit worn and the pillows need an upgrade, it was comfortable none the less. Everything was provided and 3 couples stayed here comfortably for 4 nights. The best thing of all was the location. Knowing what we know about Florence now, we would not choose a different location. Should we return, we would definitely stay here again

One twin in each room was made. A couple had to sleep in different rooms. Only one bathroom had toilettes. The toasted didn’t work. It was noisy at all hours of the morning outside the master bedroom. The kitchen cupboards were very unorganized. No dish cloth for cleaning the kitchen.

Best Place to Stay in Florence--Ponte Vecchio View
A highlight of our three weeks in Italy was the 5 days in Florence where 6 of us enjoyed staying at Ponte Vecchio View. The property is very comfortable and we found everything that we needed was provided. There were no surprises! Yes, there is evening and early morning noise--but with the shutters closed, this was not a distraction. Great supermarket across the street and excellent restaurants in the Oltrarno. We could walk to all of the attractions. When I return to Florence, the Ponte Vecchio View will be my first choice for my next stay.
As a family of 4, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this apartment. The views of Ponte Vecchio and the other side of the river with its accompanying atmosphere and free entertaining music (which always ceased promptly at 10pm) made the trip a wonderful experience. The apartment was very well equipped and there was so much space. All correspondence was quick and our check in was very well organised. There was the obvious early morning noise and vehicle noise from the back bedrooms at night but this was expected from previous reviews and the central position so a minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Apartment, Location & Breathtaking View
Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in Florence with this terrific property. The apartment is very large, and provided ideal living arrangements for us and our college age children. The location of this apartment right next to Ponte Vecchio made it ideal for shopping, dining and exploring the city. We were able to easily walk to all the sites visited including Piazzale Michelangelo, the Accademia Gallery, the Uffizi and many others. By evening, the view of Ponte Vecchio, the Arno River and the Uffizi from the dining and living area of the apartment is just breathtaking. Although the apartment had the typical minimalist European kitchen, we managed well in preparing meals and enjoyed family dining with a vista that created wonderful memories. Highly recommended!
We couldn't have asked for a better location. Beautiful view of the Ponte Vecchio, easy walk to ALL the sites, grocery store across the street, great restaurants close by, that is all we really needed. But wait, there's more! The place is outfitted with all the amenities we Americans love: microwave, gas stove, large fridge, washer and DRYER, elevator, heat and air conditioning on demand. Each of us with our own bathroom. Super responsive host with great recommendations. The only downside for us was the noise from the street -- bedrooms are on the opposite side of the building and although 4 floors up it is a busy location and the sound of the traffic made it hard to sleep sometimes as we transitioned to the new time zone. If you are a light sleeper, might not be the best spot for you.

We miss Florence already!
Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) stayed in this delightful apartment for 3 days. It is exactly as advertised--well-located, spacious, clean, and very elegant. And 3 bathrooms!!! What a luxury! We loved being on the "Oltoarno" side of the river--a bit less hectic and so very charming. Restaurants, attractions, shops, etc. were easily accessible. So close, in fact, that I was able to run back to the flat from the Uffizi when I realized I'd left my pass in a different purse! Stefania and Irina were very helpful throughout the process as well as responding to a request while we were there. The bedrooms can be a bit noisy in the early morning--but once we learned to close the shutters, it was much improved. But I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to other travelers!

Location isn’t everything
On the positive side the location is excellent. Very convenient to the major sights and a wide variety of shopping and dining options. Unfortunately that could not overcome the poor customer service and communication. We were two couples and I should note we each own vacation homes that we offer for short term rental so are aware of dealing with the needs and desires of tenants as well as the need to respond to all types of issues.
Arriving late in the day we were met by Leonardo who was very helpful and showed us around the apartment. The next morning we discovered there was no hot water. We called right away as the weather was quite cold and we had been traveling for some time and all wanted showers and to do laundry. The initial response was we must have used all the hot water, after some discussion we assured Leonardo that was not the case and he came later to check out the heater. Needless to say after a number of contacts and visits it took FIVE days before we had hot water. Icy showers, during the cold Florence winter was not fun. The lift which was working when we arrive went down for service on Monday and was still not working when we left on Thursday. Not completely the owners fault but again, no accommodation or communication about the lack of repair. Our last morning the power went out in the apartment and despite our efforts and those of the building manager we were again left with no hot water, and in the dark literally and figuratively.
We have rented many apartments in the past and on this trip had apartments in Paris, Rome and Florence and are used to the idiosyncratcies that come with these older and historic buildings. But to not have basic services like hot water for multiple days can’t overcome an otherwise lovely location especially when you are paying these prices.
I made reservations months in advance and specifically asked about wheelchair accessibility. I was told that was no problem. For context, we are taking my mother on her first and last trip to Italy as her health is declining.
Five days before we arrive I’m told the wheelchair will not fit in the elevator and figure we can get mom up there sitting on a chair and then bring the wheelchair. That would have worked, but when we got upstairs we saw that the wheelchair would not fit through many of the doors, including the bathroom door.
The proposed resolution was that we could find someplace else and the owner would refund the cleaning fee. I was amazed by how callous the owner was. My mom is elderly and confined to a wheelchair and he could care less.
We wound up scrounging for another place for our mom and her husband and spent a small fortune at the last minute.
The owner said there was a notation on the listing that it wasn’t handicapped accessible, yet I asked that precise question before I booked, and I was told it was. In fact, I inquired at many other places and was provided a truthful responses about stairs, elevator access, narrow doorways or whatever else would preclude a person in a wheelchair from entering or staying in a rental unit. But with this owner I was told it would work.
Now our trip of a lifetime is a nightmare that cost us more than we planned for with no apparent concern on the owner’s part.
There were other minor issues, but they pale in comparison. The pictures show you the lovely view and that there are three bedroom and bathrooms. So this would have been good for our party of six. The big problem was that we had to find other accommodations for my mom at a moment’s notice and we were not able to spend time together as a family in the home we rented in this dream location. Shame on this owner. He has no idea how much he hurt my family.

The location and overall layout of the apartment were amazing. However, the nonfunctioning air conditioning units were a big negative since it was 90F in Florance all week and the apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building. The apartment comes with 4 installed AC units (one in each bedroom and one in the living room), but they would only run for a few minutes at a time before tripping the fuse and shutting off. When they were running, they were not releasing enough cold air to cool a room. I was in constant communication with the host about this. He finally came to the apartment, cleaned the units on day 4, but it did not fix the problem. There was no compensation offered for our discomfort. I never would have rented the apartment had I known there was no adequately functioning air conditioning.
The central location & view was hard to beat. We will definitely stay here again!

great potential but disappointing
The view was wonderful. Both day and night views were impressive. The location was in the center of the Ponte veccio neighborhood which was good for walking. It does present some limitaions if you have a car as vehicles are not allowed after certain hours.
The apartment was spacious and had a lot of potential for being top rate. The washer was a bonus.
Generally, I found the premises to be shabby and somewhat neglected. In my bathroom the towel bar was hanging as one side had become unattached. Several lamps had light bulbs burned out or missing. In one bedroom, the bulb was missing and then we discovered the the lamp did not work at all. One of the comforters did not look clean. It may have been an old stain but should have been replaced regardless.
Overall, we all agreed that the apartment could have been excellent. Two of the four in our group were not comfortable staying here. The other two felt that the roominess and view made up for the the issues.
Easy access and interaction with the host/management. Beautiful large apartment, classic Italian decor, romantic, and one of the most beautiful spots in Florence. Definitely would recommend.

Mixed experience
Great location for getting to everything but very noisy. Apartment was a little worn around the edges and offered no comfortable places to sit and relax with others. Furniture was hard and uninviting. Plumbing in bathrooms hardly worked; one bathroom had limited water in shower. We were issued one bath towel per person that were threadbare and discolored.
While the apartment had some charm, we would not stay there again.
