We enjoyed the location but to note it was across the river from where it shows pinned before you book and the primary bathroom has mildew and mold evidence/smell. We notified the owner and tried contacting VRBO without help. We sent photos as well.

Lovely stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed the location of this apartment. There was a nice local feel to the neighborhood, yet we weren’t far from the popular tourist areas across the Ponte Vecchio. Roberto was extremely helpful and kind. Great value!

The place to stay in Florence

This apartment is perfect - perfect space, perfect location (close to the Ponte Vecchio) and the best host we’ve ever had! Roberto is knowledgeable, accommodating, had great suggestions and the best communication of any vacation rental we’ve had. Can’t wait to go back and stay again. Have already recommended to friends and family!!

Wonderful

Great apartment in nice location. Very clean and a nice layout, well stocked with what you need. Host was very nice and accommodating. Its a bit of a uphill walk, but no problem. Our 4th time to Florence and we would stay here again.

Nice apartment

Very nice accomodations. The listing could be clearer about parking. Local garage is 70 euros per day. No street parking and a 2 mile walk to try find some parking that was very difficult.

Charming apartment in perfect location

If you don’t mind some steps and a hill, this charming old world apartment is perfect for a family of four. Away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to shops, restaurants and a grocery store. Roberto was wonderful with communicating with us, even making sure that our sick kiddo had what she needed. Wonderful stay in a wonderful city.

Incredible location

My husband, son and I stayed for 3 nights at this flat for the 2024 Tour de France grand depart. It is very close to Ponte Vecchio Bridge and everything wonderful about Florence. Roberto and Giovanna were so nice and helpful. The flat was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. If we ever visit Florence again, we will definately stay at this flat again.
