In the heart of the coolest neighborhood in the world (source Lonely Planet 2017) Oltrarno. In a splendid 17th century building, first floor with lift, just finished renovating with luxury materials. It consists of entrance with living room with sofa and smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, sink, kettle, toaster and all the accessories for a meal), dining table. The first bedroom is a suite with double bed, dressing room and private bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower, a second bedroom with double bed, another complete bathroom. Washer and dryer, AC, heating and latest generation wifi make this apartment particularly pleasant. Although the life of the neighborhood is noisy at times, this apartment has windows in a small street and in an internal courtyard avoiding annoying noises. In the neighborhood you can find any service, the neighborhood market in Piazza Santo Spirito is very characteristic. All the main monuments are just a few minutes away on foot.

Our family of 4 loved this apartment! Spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space, great showers, and a large living area perfect for family games. The neighborhood was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere for eating, shopping, and site seeing.

Wonderful apartment in an amazing city!

This was our first time visiting Florence as a family - the apartment was exactly as advertised. The property management team were responsive and polite, check-in and check-out was super easy. The apartment is really well located, a short walk to excellent restaurants and for sightseeing. We had such a fun time!

Fantastic apartment and location

This is a great apartment for a group of adults planning to spend most of their time out and about. Santo spirito is accessible quickly to most a sites with a short walk. Lots of excellent restaurants to choose from make this also an excellent choice. David was extremely helpful at checkin.

Lovely and 5 minute fun walk to center of town

Property is in a lovely neighborhood just a quick 5 minute walk to center Florence with the added benefit of crossing one of three bridges on the way, including the iconic Ponte Vecchio should you choose. Highly recommended as you get to explore both sides of the river. Great shops, foods and markets to cruise by on the way. Property is as advertised and great for a family of 3-4 (or two couples). Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on the next visit and there is a dynamite breakfast spot 4 doors down on the same side of the street as well as a very popular pizza place that always has a line 2 blocks away. Rates for our visit were a no-brainer too. (Mid April)

Great apartmenr

My sister and I spent five nights in this wonderful apartment. Beautifully updated, clean, and well located. Would definitely stay again. Note that the WiFi does not work well in the back bedroom. It was good in the living room/kitchen and front bedroom.

Great neighborhood

This is our third trip to Florence but our first stay across the Arno. It was much less congested than the historic district. We loved having a coffee shop on the corner, a gelateria and several wonderful small trattorias within two blocks. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. David was easy to reach with questions and very responsive.

Location, location, location!

Very nice apartment in a great location. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping and cute little cafes. My 2 girlfriends and I enjoyed having space to relax and unwind at the end of the day. It was great having 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen to make coffee and have breakfast. David was quick to respond when we asked for extra towels. Would recommend bringing your own toiletries as what was supplied was only for a day or two. Definitely recommend staying at this lovely apartment right across the river from the heart of Florence!

Beautiful Flat for a family

We loved the home and attention to detail- beautiful design and thoughtful details like water and toiletry items. The clothing washer was a help too. The proximity to great gelato, restaurants and a sweet Sunday market in the square. It was close to the highlights- but less crowded. Only complaint was the beds. Very hard.

Great stay in Florence

This apartment was fabulous. So spacious, clean, great location, modern, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. Host very responsive. Just a few steps away the square has great variety of restaurants where we ate all 4 nights. Right on the street, steps away is the best gelato we had in Italy. The street has all the amenities. We walked everywhere,- about 20 min or so to Duomo area and everywhere we wanted to go was walkable aside from getting to the train station. Best to reserve a taxi in advance as hard to hail and the host was helpful with that. Florence is filled with tourists and it was nice to stay away from the main tourist area. Day trip to Sienna was easy. Would highly recommend the apt and would stay again.

Great location and great for two couples

The location was great to be able to walk to different sites and restaurants. The apartment has lots of storage and good layout for two couples. The unit is up a set of stairs but there is an elevator to use if needed. Need to be aware that there is only a very small bar of soap to use and tiny shampoo bottles. You might need to pack more if staying longer. Only one laundry packet so if you anticipate more than one load, bring more. No towel in the kitchen to dry dishes. The apartment was very clean and the communication with the owner was very good. We would go back.

Great location with plenty of restaurants and pasticcherias close by. Within walking distance of most areas of interest. Apartment was clean with limited paper supplies as I guess one would expect in an apartment. Very friendly hosts.

The apartment is as fine but certainly not luxury. Great neighborhood within 20 minutes walk from everything . Property manager was very good to deal with. Very little in way of essentials. Bring your own paper towels, they only supply one roll of TP , no salt etc. be prepared to purchase all your basics. We took ours with to our next apartment

Art Apartment is beautiful, clean and just as advertised

We loved staying in this apartment in the Spirito neighborhood. Convent to sights and restaurants. Traffic is tough but drivers had no problems picking us up. Very quiet. Grocery store just downstairs.

Excellent stay!

Great apt in trendy Florence neighborhood. The host met us at the property and provided an overview. The apt is newly renovated and very well equipped with everything you would need. It was ideal for 2 couples traveling together, each having their own bath. The check in time was noon which was a huge plus since we were taking an early train into Florence. I would highly recommend this unit, and the communication with host was excellent. Note: the listing says it has a dryer, but there is only a washer.

Beautiful Apartment, awesome location

First time visiting Florence and we couldn't have picked a better place. Great neighborhood easily walkable to key sites around town. The place was beyond expectations, very nicely decorated and the hosts were awesome to work with on check in. Would stay here again.
