This is a truly top shelf vacation rental. Excellent communication, easy check in and out. The apartment is beautiful, serviceable, clean, conveniently located and well equipped. Check in was a bit rough to tell the truth, because of mistakes from both Maruska and myself miscommunication. Maruska went out of her way to accomodate us thereafter. Very nice stay!

This apartment was in the perfect location, just south of the Arno river on the less touristy part of Florence. It was clean, with updated bathrooms and kitchen, plus Marusca was kind enough to leave us a bottle of local wine! Highly recommend.

Apartment was very nice. However, there were 57 steps up to get up to the apartment and the location was a bit farther from things than we had hoped. Also, the apartment is across from a bridge that is under construction and there was a lot of machinery noise beginning at 2am one of our nights!

Amazing apartment on the river

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The view of the river was incredible and the apartment was well furnished. Location wise, it was very easy to walk to the major attractions but was far enough away that it wasn't overrun with people. There is a nice park just down the road that we took our kid to every day.
