We had a great experience with this place as our home base in Florence. Beautiful view, convenient location, comfortable beds, and great amenities. This was recommended to us by another friend who previous stayed there and I would pass it on as well. Lots of space to spread out and great air conditioning for us hot Americans during an Italian heat wave. Five stars! Would stay here again!

The apartment was amazing. It was newly remodeled so it was more modern looking and thr windows were big and clean for great views of the city and river. It was nice to be on the other side of the river away from the tourist spots but be close enough to walk. (15-20 min away from most things)

Wonderful stay!

Stayed at the property with my family and overall we had a wonderful time. Great location and easy to access the city while also providing some more local cafes and restaurants nearby. Apt was very clean and comfortable. 5 star stay!

This is a truly top shelf vacation rental. Excellent communication, easy check in and out. The apartment is beautiful, serviceable, clean, conveniently located and well equipped. The view is a Florentine dream. Could not have been better. We have stayed in rentals across Europe and North America and this was one of the best. Highly recommend.

Great apartment and location

Very nice apartment, walking distance to sites. In a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants. No elevator so be ready to climb 3 flights of stairs.

Awesome host an awesome place to stay

Our host was great. Helped us booked a couple restaurants. The apartment had more than enough room for three adults. Great location to get around all different areas in Florence. highly highly recommend this place.

River view, river magic! Perfect locatuon

Check in was a bit rough to tell the truth, because of mistakes from both Maruska and myself miscommunication. Maruska went out of her way to accomodate us thereafter. Very nice stay!

Perfect location

This apartment was in the perfect location, just south of the Arno river on the less touristy part of Florence. It was clean, with updated bathrooms and kitchen, plus Marusca was kind enough to leave us a bottle of local wine! Highly recommend.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay at this apartment. It is the perfect location to be close to the historic sites without being right in the middle of the chaos. The apartment was just as listed. It was clean, comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend it!

Perfect For Our Needs

The apartment was in a great location with beautiful views of Florence. The included parking space was easy to access and saved us the hassle of having to find public parking. When back in Florence, we will try to book here again.
