The house consists of a large bedroom with a large double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, where an additional bed can be placed, the bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa. The furniture is functional and equipped with everything needed for the stay. The apartment is located on the fifth mezzanine floor, reachable by lift, it is very bright and quiet, because the windows overlook a panoramic but internal square. The location is very central and exiting the main door you are surrounded by the major monuments of Florence: Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio are just a few meters away, the Duomo, Santa Croce and Palazzo Pitti a few minutes away.

Great location, hosts are very pleasant to get along with, it was lovely to meet one of them personally to walk us through the place, this was an added touch of comfort.

Comfortable stay, flexible host

Elisabetta was a wonderful host. She was kind enough to allow an early check in and later check out, which really helped our travel plans especially since we were traveling with a small child. The apartment was exactly what we needed: safe, centrally located and enough space to avoid feeling encumbered by bags like we would in a hotel. Grazie, Elisabetta!

A Month in Florence

We had a wonderful visit with our daughter who was studying in Florence. Our family visited over the month transitioning in and out of the flat and it was a smooth and easy process. Great location and Elisabetta was responsive, kind and easy to work with at all times. I would stay there again!

Lovely Florence apartment

This apartment has everything you need to enjoy Florence! The location is great and everything is within a quick walk including shopping, grocery store, museums and sites of interest. Elisabetta is a wonderful host who meets you when you arrive. Very comfortable and quiet.

Specular Apartment

This apartment is spectacular. Elisabetta is helpful and friendly, providing the best Benvenuti a Firenze. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. But the most stunning part is the apartment is quiet but absolutely in the middle of the city with everything close enough to walk and visit all the famous sites. I highly recommend staying here in this 2 bedroom apartment.

Great flat and a location you can’t beat

The flat has everything you need and Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. She added a few items to our list of things to see that we were so glad we didn’t miss. The location was fabulous as we could walk to the majority of things we wanted to see.

Location location location

Elisabetta was a wonderful host. She had a binder with local info and suggestions, a map of the area. Very thoughtful 😃. The location is absolutely perfect for a stay in Florence. If there was one thing I could change, it is the size of the shower. A little difficult to maneuver without bumping the on/off hold/cold handle. I’m not tiny so some fault of mine as well but a teeny bit more room would have been nice. Beyond that, this stay was absolutely perfect.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence

This apartment is perfect for exploring central Florence. Very convenient to all historic sites and very comfortable. It is spacious and well furnished with all the comforts if home. The hosts were very welcoming and gave great advise. I recommend this location very highly!

Fabulous location!

Apartment is on 4th floor shielded from sounds of the lively street life below. Right down the street from Ponte Vecchio and 2 blocks from Uffizi Gallery. Had a wonderful time.

Absolute perfect Florence location!

We could not have been happier with our decision to stay at thia location in Florence. The owner, Elisabetta, was incredibly responsive throughout the process and made sure we felt good about our stay. For starters, the location is perfect in Florence as its seconds from Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. A quick walk to the train station and you can take day trips easily. If you're looking for the Ritz Carlton this isnt the location for you. If you want clean and convenient then I'd highly recommend and would stay here again without question.

Perfect location! Amazing property!

This apartment was so perfect for the two of us. My mom and I had our own rooms which were comfortable and so clean. The location was so perfect, a 2 minute walk to the unfixing, 8 minutes to the Duomo. Elisabetta was in communication the whole time and her son met us to check us in. It was a lovely and easy place to stay.

This property is in the heart of the action. You are steps away from Ponte Vecchio, right around the corner from Uffizi, and a short walk to Duomo. A very comfortable stay with a very gracious host. Highly recommend!

Great Apartment, Great Location!

My spouse and I stayed here for several days on our trip to Florence. The pictures really don't do the apartment justice and we really loved how it looked and felt. The best aspect though is the location - its literally a few steps to Ponte Vecchio bridge and Uffizi museum. Elisabetta was a great host and made sure we felt welcome and settled when we arrived. One of our favourite apartments on our trip to Italy and would definitely stay again.

The apartment was very clean and charming. The location was so convenient.

We had a great stay in Florence. The apartment was so close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere. It was so nice to be able to run home and take a break or change clothes. Check in went well and Elisabetta had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. I would recommend this property for a family or a group of friends!

I am a teacher of Agrarian Sciences, graduated at the University of Florence. I have lived in this apartment during the years of my studying. I am actually living in Siena and I have got a winery in Chianti zone which pruduces wine and olive oil.

The apartment has got the entrance on the most central street of Florence and it is very bright and quiet, because it has windows on the courtyard and on the Forte Belvedere. Every museum and every monument is reachable in a few minutes by walking.
