The apartment is located in an elegant building 30 m from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery and 50 m from Ponte Vecchio, in an exceptional position for visiting the entire historic center. The house consists of a large bedroom with a large double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, where an additional bed can be placed, the bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa. The furniture is functional and equipped with everything needed for the stay. The apartment is located on the fifth mezzanine floor, reachable by lift, it is very bright and quiet, because the windows overlook a panoramic but internal square. The location is very central and exiting the main door you are surrounded by the major monuments of Florence: Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio are just a few meters away, the Duomo, Santa Croce and Palazzo Pitti a few minutes away.

Our stay in this apartment was clearly one of the best experiences we have had with a VRBO apartment. We were delayed arriving in Florence, but Elisabetta and her husband stayed late into the evening to welcome us, give us a thorough orientation and tips for tackling the Florence sights and streets. The apartment was lovely - neat, tidy, with everything we needed. The location was PERFECT! We are active walkers and some days did 5-7 miles over rough Florence streets. The opportunity to get back to the apartment conveniently during the day for a rest stop was very helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment to travelers young and old.

Location location location!

A quick trip to a beautiful city we had never visited before. Elisabetta’s place is in the very heart of it all. Lots of shopping and dining right outside the door. But also very quiet and private inside the apartment. It was a perfect place for myself and adult son. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location! Amazing property!

This apartment was so perfect for the two of us. My mom and I had our own rooms which were comfortable and so clean. The location was so perfect, a 2 minute walk to the unfixing, 8 minutes to the Duomo. Elisabetta was in communication the whole time and her son met us to check us in. It was a lovely and easy place to stay.

Specular Apartment

This apartment is spectacular. Elisabetta is helpful and friendly, providing the best Benvenuti a Firenze. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. But the most stunning part is the apartment is quiet but absolutely in the middle of the city with everything close enough to walk and visit all the famous sites. I highly recommend staying here in this 2 bedroom apartment.

Absolute perfect Florence location!

We could not have been happier with our decision to stay at thia location in Florence. The owner, Elisabetta, was incredibly responsive throughout the process and made sure we felt good about our stay. For starters, the location is perfect in Florence as its seconds from Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. A quick walk to the train station and you can take day trips easily. If you're looking for the Ritz Carlton this isnt the location for you. If you want clean and convenient then I'd highly recommend and would stay here again without question.

Eleven days in Venice

Clean, comfortable centrally-located two bedroom apartment. 2 1/2 blocks from the Ponte Vecchio; three blocks from the Uffizi and the Piazza della Signoria; about eight blocks from the Duomo. The apartment building is in the middle of the busy nightlife/tourist/ resaurant district, but the unit faces an interior courtyard and is on a high floor, so little of the street noise penetrates. Elisabetta, the owner, gave us helpful information about local transportation and the location of an excellent CONAD supermarket just on the other side of the Ponte Vecchio. We would stay here again.

The property is as described and is in the best location for seeing the sights of Florence. Just around the corner from the Uffizi, the Galileo Museum, and the Ponte Vecchio. It is a short walk to the Duomo, Medici Chapel, the Leonardo Da Vinci museum, Academia and more restaurants then you will be able to eat at during your stay. As a large guy (2 meters tall) it was difficult to use the shower, it is smaller than others we have had during our Italian visits. Not much could be done to change it, just more of an observation for others with the same height issues. Very quiet at night in the building, You are one of just a few apartments, the rest are offices. We would definitely consider staying there again, if we get back to Florence.

You won't find a better location in Florence

If you want to experience life in the historic centre of Florence, this is the apartment for you. Elisabetta's apartment was just as advertised and just as depicted in the pics. Her son met us at check-in and reviewed the functional aspects of the place. We did not use the kitchen much but it worked great for breakfast coffee and pastries and late night snacks. The shower is a little tight but we managed. Used the laundry and that worked fine. Just a caution that, in spite of the apartment being on the 6th floor, noise from the street filters up to your windows. It was not enough to interrupt our sleep greatly and, if you want to stay in the middle of a bustling, historic city, you should expect that as part of your experience. The view from the living room windows is impressive!

Great location, but noisy.

It is easy to walk anywhere in Florence from this apartment. The location is fantastic. Lots of restaurants nearby, and the grocery store also nearby. The bed was big and very comfortable, and it was nice to be able to do laundry. The location is quite noisy, however. There is an outside restaurant under the windows, so you hear the people, the music, and smell the food and smoke, and also when they discard the bottles (a huge crash a couple times each day, around 7 am and also at night). The noise was the only disappointment. If you like to stay up late, it may not be too much trouble. We had troubles with the internet a couple of days, but you can get free Firenze internet outside. Also be sure to make arrangements ahead of time for when you must leave; we were asked to leave by 10:30 am to allow the next people to get in early (we'd wanted to stay until 11:30 am). Overall, it was a good place to stay, but it definitely isn't quiet.

Outstanding Stay in Florence!

My daughter and I could not have been more pleased with our apartment stay in Florence. Elisabetta was incredibly helpful and kind, and we truly appreciated that she met with us personally for check in. She did so in spite of an unexpected train strike on our arrival day, which made travel from Rome to Florence initially very stressful and challenging for us. Elisabetta did all she could do to assist us and we truly appreciated it. The apartment is charming, cozy, incredibly clean and is in an excellent location. It was very well appointed with many amenities, and a few thoughtful and tasty surprises waiting for us! The apartment layout is excellent, and the pictures and description we saw when booking were 100% accurate. The location can’t be beat, with easy walking access to all major sites, and an incredible grocery store (Conrad) that we went to multiple times. We were very glad that Elisabetta told us about it. We appreciated having a full wkitchen, clothes washer and easy to use air conditioner/heating unit. The location of the apartment is fairly quiet, but it is surrounded by restaurants and retail stores, leading to some early morning noise as the businesses prepare for the day. Not a big deal, as it should be expected when staying in the heart of the city. Overall, we feel blessed to have found this apartment, and a wonderful host. We have much more to explore in Florence and the surrounding areas, and hope to return for another stay in the near future!

Comfortable stay, flexible host

Elisabetta was a wonderful host. She was kind enough to allow an early check in and later check out, which really helped our travel plans especially since we were traveling with a small child. A Month in Florence

We had a wonderful visit with our daughter who was studying in Florence. Our family visited over the month transitioning in and out of the flat and it was a smooth and easy process. Great location and Elisabetta was responsive, kind and easy to work with at all times. I would stay there again!

Location location location

Elisabetta was a wonderful host. She had a binder with local info and suggestions, a map of the area. Very thoughtful 😃. The location is absolutely perfect for a stay in Florence. If there was one thing I could change, it is the size of the shower. A little difficult to maneuver without bumping the on/off hold/cold handle. I’m not tiny so some fault of mine as well but a teeny bit more room would have been nice. Beyond that, this stay was absolutely perfect.
