A place surrounded by nature. Because of its situation it allows you to enjoy total tranquility and also be next to the beach and the fishing village of La Isleta; Walking is 10 to 15 minutes. It is a house made with great love and detail that is why its personal charm. The house is an old farmhouse that maintains its traditional architecture.
The space is conceived as a loft, with different heights; Entry level single space with living room-fireplace and kitchen with bar. Raised mezzanine with bedroom overlooking the sea. Entrance porch to the east (lift) overlooking the palm grove and mountains. Terrace and porch to the south-west. (west) view of the sea and mountains. Its two terraces and porches are oriented to the west and east, in an area of great wind as is the end of the cat allows to be protected.
Being located next to a spring in front there is a small oasis of palm trees with a magnificent garden (it is private; but it is from a neighbor of the Isleta that you will know and you can visit it and almost certainly taste its magnificent fruits)

In front of the house and the palm grove there is a common esplanade for parking, in the cortijada where the house is there are other houses (cortijos) but they are not inhabited and some ruin.

The neighborhood:

The town of Isleta offers us magnificent beaches and coves.
It is one of the emblematic places in the area for its fishing environment. They emphasize their restaurants where to eat the best fish.
A quiet and cozy town.
Main point for scuba diving with different and recognized dive centers.
It offers basketball courts and playing courts.
Due to its location, it is the center of the natural park from where the different excursions arise. "It is close to all sites."
How to move:

Because of its location you can walk to the town and the beach. Both on a path and on the road. Approximately 10 to 15 minutes walk.
In Cabo de Gata to visit the different places and beaches it is advisable to have your own vehicle.

Other highlights:

It is a typically rural “cortijada” farm environment by the sea. There are animals and orchards.
You can visit the garden and if there is luck "some birth of a kid".
The house is a rustic handmade construction, with very careful decoration. "For example it is not the house for those who are looking for a good feather sofa ...".
It has certain physical barriers; stairs, decorative stone… It is not the ideal home for older people or very young children who are not doing well yet.
