Quiet house with direct sea views from throughout the house, porch and garden. Parking within the plot. Furniture and kitchen warmth and quality. Well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee capsules, washing machine. communal pool only the months of July and August. Activities tennis, paddle, golf, horse riding, boating, kajac, Kite surfing at 500m.
Located 30 meters from the dunes to the beach without street or promenade between. very quiet place to enjoy a few days of rest.
At 300 meters is the area restaurants, shops, supermarkets and entertainment in general, bordering away with the famous urbanization of Novo Sancti Petri where hotels and golf courses are located.

Lovely gem by the sea
This house offers all you would expect by a beach front house...sunset right in front of the terrace.
Kitchen and bathroom are updated, the living room has some classical elements, that give the house a soul. Very close by you have great opportunities to play golf & tennis. We will definitely come back! Thank you Paco for the warm welcome...

Traumhaus in erster Reihe
Wir hatten 14 super Tage in einem wunderschönen Haus in bester Lage! Für diejenigen, die geräuschempfindlich sind: das Zirpen der Grillen und das Rauschen des Meeres sind in dieser Lage sehr laut! Zu beachten auch: es gibt nur 1 Bad, man muss sich also mit 6 Personen gut organisieren. Ansonsten alles toll!!! Und die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und nett!

Perfekte Lage, sehr nette Gastgeberin
Das Haus hat eine erstklassige Lage, wunderschöne Ausblicke aufs Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge vom Garten und dem Balkon. Einrichtung könnte zum Teil eine Modernisierung vertragen, aber dann wäre der günstige Preis wahrscheinlich nicht mehr gerechtfertigt. Für uns mit 2 Kleinindern (14 Monate und 3,5 Jahre) war es nicht ganz ideal, da es eine offene Treppe vom Wohnbereich gibt, die wir nicht abgrenzen konnten, Balkongeländer zu niedrig und viele Vasen, offene Steckdosen, etc. Wir würden es also empfehlen, wenn die Kinder noch ganz klein sind oder eben älter/vernünftiger :-) Natalia war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit, vielen Dank!!

Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, traumhafte Lage, . Gut geeignet für 4 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos, diverse Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Sonne und Strand, auch im Februar
In dem wunderbaren Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung konnten wir auch im Februar die Sonne im Garten und den Strand und das tosende Meer direkt dahinter sehr genießen und haben zwei herrliche Wochen hier verbracht. Vielen Dank an die sehr netten Vermieter!

Ubicacion privilegiada , vistas impresionantes y todo tipo de servicios a un paso!
Nos encantó la ubicación sobretodo de la vivienda, muy tranquilo a pesar de estar a un paso del paseo marítimo y restaurantes, no hace falta coger el coche para nada . Club de tenis muy cerca , y mucha variedad de restaurantes, heladerías, etc. La vivienda muy limpia y la dueña muy atenta. No falta de nada. Muchos pueblos que ver y muy cerca.
