Very open to the panorama and not overlooked, the house has several terraces and a swimming pool (heating at 28 ° at an additional cost) to enjoy the sun and the shade as you wish.

THE VILLA :
Villa Serena overlooks Ajaccio bay and offers one of the most beautiful panoramas of Porticcio over the sea and the mountains. It is a traditional type villa. It has 4 bedrooms.

The living room, 3 of the bedrooms, all the terraces and the swimming pool have a view of the sea. It is ideal for 6 to 8 people (6 adults maximum).

The interior:
It is a traditional Corsican type house. The living room is pleasant and practical with its opening onto the terrace and the balcony which incidentally allows the room natural ventilation. The high ceiling and exposed beams also bring character and authenticity to this room.

Each bedroom overlooks the terrace not overlooked. The kitchen and the bathrooms are recent.

The House :
the house is built on a hill in the private residence of Terrasses de Porticcio. It consists of two levels: The entrance, the living room and the kitchen are upstairs. The rooms are on the ground floor and are naturally cool in summer.

Located in a dead end, Villa Serena is protected from car traffic. It is possible to use the tennis court (average condition) of the Residence for free.

An outdoor parking space allows parking in the immediate vicinity of the villa.

Upstairs terraces:

The upper floor of Villa Serena with its balcony and two terraces allows you to enjoy the panorama. the first terrace adjoins the kitchen with a table for 8 people, it is shaded with its blind. in the evening, it is the second terrace which is privileged because it offers a spectacular view. With its barbecue, the evenings are sweet or festive.

The swimming pool :
One of the peculiarities of the house is that it has preserved an area of the original maquis. A swimming pool (8m x 3m) has been integrated into it as an extension of the bedroom terrace.
