Beautiful newly renovated penthouse, with a terrace of 30 m2 with direct access from the living room. A very cozy space with three independent rooms and work area.

The center is 10´in bus stop with the Pza. Del Pilar, 20´ walking, or 10´ in Urban Bike.

Worked for us

Not central but in friendly neighbourhood with local shops and excellent and cheap bus service to the centre. Also there was a reasonably priced and very good taxi service. Air conditioning very good and outside space was especially welcome. As we were travelling through Spain washing machine was important to us and this was easy to use.

Nice apartment with free parking 10 min from the city center

We enjoyed staying in the apartment. It’s exactly as described. It well maintained and very clean. Having a rooftop balcony was a nice bonus - we enjoyed having a breakfast there. The apartment is located less than 10 min drive from the center of Zaragoza and there is a free un-paved parking just a few steps away. The owner was responsive but after initial communication in English she sent all subsequent emails in Spanish. Between Google Translate and my daughter’s high school Spanish we managed it just fine but it was a bit of surprise. Overall a good apartment to stay when exploring Zaragoza.

Très bel appartement agréable

Appartement très propre et calme. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour un logement en ville. Le fait qu'il soit traversant permet qu'il soit toujours frais malgré la chaleur extérieure (pas besoin de la clim, en tout cas pendant notre séjour). La literie est très confortable et propre. Le quartier très commerçant, pas besoin de voiture tout peu se faire à pied ou en bus. Quand à Begoña, toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions,rapidement et de manière sympathique.

I could have approached to solve or look at the problem- When you left the apartment, the key of the gas boiler that provides the hot water, was off. Fijne plek met complete inrichting

Appartement ligt op 7e verdieping. Ondanks centrale ligging rustig en fijn dat er een balkon met terras is. Aanwezigheid airconditioning erg prettig. Het is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Had iets schoner gemogen.

Great find off the beaten tourist route

Gute Lage für einen entspannten Aufenthalt

Wohnung war entsprechend der Angaben, sauber und ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung ( Bäcker im Haus). Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten an den Straßen oder auf freien Grundstücken. Highlight der Wohnung war die Dachterrasse. Kommen gerne wieder.

Très fonctionnel pour une petite famille

Le logement est bien situé si vous vous déplacez en voiture. À moins de 15 min de la cathédrale. Mais pas vraiment dans le centre si vous êtes à pied. La terrasse est très agréable et la possibilité de faire des grillades très appréciable. Le logement est bien équipé et la clim dans le salon un vrai plus.

Appartement bien équipé,très propre ,pas de soucis pour se garer. Assez bien situé pour se rendre au centre historique. Un seul bémol ,il faudrait envisager de changer les matelas des lits simples .

Super appartement

Appartement très fonctionnel, super bien équipé avec une magnifique terrasse. Quartier super calme avec tous les commerces a proximité (boulangerie, vente de fruit et légume, café et supermarché) et à environ 3 kilomètres du centre historique. Aucun problèmes pour se garer nous avons toujours trouve une place (gratuite) a proximité de l'appartement. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour visiter Saragosse et sa région.

Roomy apartment with useful roof terrace.

A comfortable apartment about 25 mins walk from the centre of a very interesting town. Good bus service too. Communication with our host Antolin was through email and arrival details only reached us on our start day; would have preferred them earlier.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt weit oben über den Straßen von einem Zaragossa. Zur Altstadt sind es 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeit 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
