Maravilla owns the 2.5 ACRE BEACH in front of the condo units, which includes a complimentary beach service (2-chair setup with umbrella), seasonally from mid-March thru October 31. The Maravilla Resort includes an ocean-front pool as well as a more private heated pool and hot tub behind the condos. You can also enjoy a basketball court, tennis court, pickleball court, BBQ grills, picnic tables and exercise gym as a part of the Maravilla Resort compound. Permanent Volleyball net setup is available on the beach.
Paved bike and jogging paths are just steps from your door. Walk to two great seafood restaurants on the beach: Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's On The Gulf. This exceptional 33-acre resort community is located just east of downtown Destin on Florida's glimmering Emerald Coast, with its world-renowned soft sugar-sand beaches and breathtaking emerald-green water. Fishing available off the beach or through chartered fishing boats in near-by Destin.
