Ideally located for an authentic stay, Pedro Alexandrino Residence is located in a quiet area of ​​Lisbon, very well served by bus lines, and near the famous 28 tram stop.

The seven apartments are equipped with wifi, air conditioning, flat-screen hd tv with international channels, private terrace or balcony overlooking a shared garden decorated with red berries, fruit trees and aromatics plants. All apartements are fully furnished, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Renovated in 2016.

Large studio (25 m2) with garden view, it can accomodate 2 guests. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen (hot plates, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee maker), one double bed (2 beds of 90x200 cm), a closet and a large bathroom with shower. There is a garden table and chairs to enjoy the sun and the garden.

Air conditionning / WI-FI / Flat screen hd tv with international channels are available in the property.

Modern updated small apartment in a great location

Apartment was well equipped, but there were some shortcomings. The biggest shortcoming is there no silverware except one small spoon for the kitchen. No face towels or towel racks to be found anywhere. Air conditioner worked very well despite the air filter being filthy dirty. I don’t know how to clean and did not even try. Apartment was hard to locate as it is on a very short small street direction should indicate the major intersecting street to make it easier to find

Studio Confortável e BemLocalizado

O local é agradável, com uma área interna de jardim muito aprazível, que possibilita ampliar a área de convivência do Studio. Além dos equipamentos do Studio, a disponibilidade de lavadora de roupas comunitária é muito bom. A porta de acesso na rua está com a fechadura com problema e várias vezes que entrámos ou saímos a porta não estava travada. Parece um problema da mola que bate muito forte e assim a porta não trava, a não ser que a pessoa puxe para trancar. Falta iluminação do jardim interno, e precisamos utilizar a lanterna do telemóvel para caminhar devido aos degraus e canteiros.
