Spend your holidays with your friends or your family at Villa Afrodite and you'll feel suspended between the blue sky and the Mediterranean sea, while surrounded by spectacular views. With mild temperatures you'll sunbathe by the panoramic pool, open all year round, or relax in your personal jacuzzi. In winter, imagine of listening to some music or reading a book lazily laying on the comfortable sofa in the panoramic living area facing the pool, with miles of gently sloping countryside at your feet.
Villa Afrodite is a wonderful and elegant villa located a few miles from Ragusa and on the way leading down to the beaches of Marina di Ragusa and Punta Secca.
Recently built, it is surrounded by a large well kept Mediterranean garden (800 sqm), equipped with dining table, parasol and barbecue and a shaded verandah for tasty alfresco meals.
The private infinity pool (7x10 m) is lit up at night and provided with sunbeds and loudspeakers (for cable radio). From here you can admire breathtaking views of the valley and the Mediterranean coast.
Moreover, at guests' disposal a bowling green and a tennis/mini-soccer court, ideal for spending pleasant afternoons dedicated to fun and sports.

The property has an internal surface of around 500 sqm and it is divided in 3 floors connected by a comfortable staircase Stylish and elegant Villa Afrodite can accommodate up to 12 adults and baby.

On the main floor, at the pool level, you will find a large and bright panoramic living area , furnished with two comfortable sofas, plasma-screen satellite TV and dining a table for 12 people. It is surrounded by big glass windows and it has got direct access to the verandah and the pool. From the living room you will enjoy a wonderful view over the pool, down to the sea.
The functional and hi-tech kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, big electric oven, small electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.
Beside the living area, there is the master double bedroom provided with TV, DVD/VHS player and bathroom ensuite with double sinks and wellness facilities (such as hydromassage shower and hot tub).

On the top floor there are two double bedrooms with panoramic view, elegantly furnished and both equipped with ensuite bathroom with shower box. In one double bedroom we can easily add an extra bed and/or a camping bed.

Below the pool level, with private entrances but connected to the rest of the villa by an inner staircase, we created a dependance made up of a double bedroom, a three-bed-bedroom with bathroom ensuite and a fifth bathroom with shower box and laundry room. The rest of this level hosts a large playroom, equipped with ping-pong and pool table, table football and darts, ideal for the amusement of adults and children.

Included free Wi-fi, air conditioning and safe. The property is also equipped with stereo amplification system with DVD/CD/MP3 digital player and cable radio throughout the villa.

Private garage fot up to 4 cars.
