Welcome to the Astor Estepona, luxury 2 bed apartment 5 mins walk from Del Cristo beach,with a spectacular balcony overlooking the beautiful Marina. We have stunning sea views, a lovely communal pool, air con throughout, fast free fibre wifi, IPTV with English freeview channels, Sky TV with sports and movies in multiple languages, private underground parking. Perfect for relaxing holidays all year round!

The Astor Estepona has been newly refurbished 2024 and what a makeover we've had.

We have 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people at once:
- Master bedroom - Kingsize bed, with ensuite bathroom and built in wardrobes.
- Bedroom 2 - 2 full size single beds, with a fold up bed hid away in the storage compartment if you want to sleep more in the bedroom. Really handy for those people with 3 kids!
- Full sized double sofa bed in the lounge with comfy mattress.

- Massive balcony overlooking the marina, looking out to sea, with Gibraltar in the distance - It truly is an unbelievable view! Furnished with sun loungers, comfy chairs and dining area so you can enjoy the al fresco lifestyle until your heart is content.

- Fully equipped kitchen and utility room with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine.

- Fast free fibre optic wifi - You can actually use it properly for streaming etc!

- Flat screen TV with Sky TV including Sports and Movies in multiple languages, Nintendo Wii and DVD player.

- Fourth floor apartment with lift.

- Dining seating for 6.

- Main bathroom with full sized bath and rainforest shower.

- Secure underground private parking.

- Linen and bathroom towels included in the price. Beach towels available on request for a small charge.

- Brand new crockery, pots and pans (if you really want to cook!)

Well equipped apartment in great location

Great apartment with a wonderful balcony area. Comes equipped with everything you could need for your stay, and in easy walking distance of great beaches, restaurants and the old town.

Great Break

Located perfectly for access to Estepona marina facilities which were lovely. We had builders in some of the other neighbouring properties which were noisy at times. Overall the apartment was perfect for us, well appointed, clean, modern, nice sea view. Would go again.

Great stay for great value!

This place met or surpassed our expectations on all levels. It was huge, clean, modern and very close to the ocean. There is a large balcony that overlooks the ocean. The beach is very close by, there are some restaurants in the port and you can walk to the old town but you are in a quiet area. Parking is included which is a huge bonus. For the price we paid, we got amazing value! Just go ahead and book!

The block is tired with lots of peeling paintwork and access to the apartment was down a very poorly built flight of 13 steps. Lift within the block was out of order on one day which required us walk up and down three flights of steps.

We’re very sorry to hear that aspects of the complex did not meet your expectations, though we’re pleased that you enjoyed your stay in our apartment overall. We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. The entrance to the apartment building, including the short flight of steps shown clearly in our listing photos, is in excellent condition and well lit. We believe there may have been some confusion on arrival, as the property also has step-free access via the garage and lift. The lift is relatively new (installed just two years ago) and, after checking with the building management, we can confirm it was briefly out of service for around four hours on one day — an unfortunate but rare occurrence. Regarding the exterior, while some paintwork is weathered in places, the building was repainted recently and is scheduled for a further refresh in the near future. Given the seaside location, some wear from the coastal climate is to be expected, though the communal areas, gardens, and pool are kept in immaculate condition as reflected in our photos. During your stay, we provided prompt and professional support whenever you reached out, and we’re disappointed that this wasn’t reflected in your review. We take all feedback seriously and remain committed to ensuring our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Superb stay.

We were a party of four adults who rented this apartment for four nights from 8/6/2023.The apartment was exactly as listed and spotlessly clean. There was even ice in the freezer for our gin and tonics. The balcony was gorgeous and a perfect way to start our day having our breakfast. The pool was lovely and the walk to the harbour was 5 mins, lots of lovely restaurants for an evening meal. The old town of Estepona was a taxi ride away for 6 euro and the beautiful Plaza del Flores was perfect for pre dinner drinks! Jessie the manager always responded quickly to any queries I had. Great apartment we will definitely return!

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location

We have just returned from a week at the Astor and have loved every minute. It was impeccably clean, spacious and equipped with everything a family could need. The view of the sea and the pool are lovely and because the balcony gets the sun in the afternoon and early evening you get to enjoy the view after a day at the beach. The location is perfect and there is no need for a car because a walk to the restaurants in the Old Town is only 20 minutes or you can go the local ones in the marina. With two supermarkets a short walk away everything is on your doorstep.

Marvellous stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. The flat is clean and spacious and has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The air con is very good and the balcony is lovely. The location is fantastic - 3 minute walk to a shop, 5 minute walk to a very family friendly beach, 5 minute walk to the port and some great restaurants and a 15 - 20 minute walk to the old town. Communication was clear and easy and the apartment was excellent value for money. Thank you!

Live in Manchester with my husband David, wished we lived at our place in Estepona all year long! Obviously we love therefore, sun, sea, eating out, the whole vibe you get by living by the beach.

We love to travel, have lived and worked in the USA, Australia and France.

Personal preference for places to stay? Places that are individual, offer a really nice level of comfort and facilities (with a little bit of luxury thrown in!), but aren't stuffy. Hopefully our place matches this to perfection!

Why they chose this property

We went to Estepona for a little Winter sun and absolutely fell in love with the place!
We love everything about our apartment, but there's not getting away from the fact that the balcony is always going to be the most special part of it.
We are right on the marina, 5 mins walk from the best beach in Estepona, bars, restaurants and a supermarket.
We are opening our doors in March 2017, fully refurbished and would love you to come and stay with us!
