UPDATE: Due to hurricane damage at this time there is no pool and direct Beach access. There is a Beach access a short walk south on A1A. The new pool and direct beach access should be reedy in a few month
Ocean front building, corner unit on fifth floor. with east and north partial ocean view, with west panoramic cityscape exquisite sunset views from bedroom and corner living room. Direct beach and ocean view from screened deck and side view of beach and ocean from living room and kitchen. . right near Cocoa beach and melbourne Beach, but you get to relax in the quite Satellite Beach. excellent for surfing and fishing. located around one hour from Orlando, which is a perfect distance for a day trip during your stay. And 35-40 minutes to the kennedy space center. Bedroom has a King size Sealy Posturepedic pillow top 14" mattress and a 50 inch flat screen TV. The Living Room has sofa with a pull out bed , A twin size 14 Inch mattress bed and a 60 inch flat screen TV. There is a washer/dryer on each floor and a game room with ping pong near the ocean front pool . chabad is two miles south strait down a1a and cocoa beach is six miles north.

Very clean, comfortable home feeling and great communication with the owner! Looking to return again

It was very comfortable and a great ocean view from the balcony which we had our coffee out there as we listened to the sound of the waves rolling in. Even though repairs (outside of part of the building and pool) are being conducted it did not affect our stay. The owner communicated well with us and made us feel so welcome! We certainly look to return again in the near future! Thank you.

Wonderful experience

This unit was perfect for us. The owner provided all of the supplies that we needed for our stay. The unit had a nice, comfortable layout with an outside balcony (complete with its own table & chairs) which gave an amazing view of the beach & ocean since this is a beachfront building. Both the kitchen & bathroom appeared to be newly remodeled & luxurious. The owner was great to work with & made the check in process easy. We liked this place so much that we hope to stay there again! It was a fantastic week!!!

Super lejlighed. Perfekt for et ægtepar (måske med et enkelt barn) Dog er den pågående reparation af Seawall er meget omfangsrig og hindrer adgang til stranden samt swimming pool.

Eine Wohnung aus dem letzten Jahrtausend

Leider gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer (Baustelle wg Hurrikan). Wohnung hat alles. Ist aber technisch sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen. Pfannen, Töpfe gehören erneuert. Bett ist hervorragend.

We have a 2nd home approximately 2 miles away. We always try to be very accommodating and very available.

Why they chose this property

Even though the building is not a new building, it is extremely popular with an excellent reputation very well maintained, very efficiently managed with a beautiful private ocean view pool, well furnished with lounges by private beach area, with no public access nearby. two miles on A1A to Chabad, six miles to heart of Cocoa Beach. Extremely quite and relaxing, game room with ping pong near the pool area.
Please be aware that in mid June 2021 a construction job on the exterior of the buildings facade is starting, pls contact me for updates
